La Casa Ingrid is located in Banjole, on an unique position with wonderful sea view in Soline cove. Beach is only 20 m away. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea breeze on a terrace with great view, or sunbathe on beach chairs. House has a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a living room with Internet enabled TV. BBQ is free to use (it is shared with guests from other apartments). It is possible to rent a boat mooring - with further notice and in agreement with the owner. Wi-fi and parking are free and available on site. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.

Nalazi se u prirodnom, mirnom okruženju, zadovoljiti će sve one koji se žele opustiti i uživati u krugu obitelji ili prijatelja. S gornjeg kata kuće, gdje se nalaze dvije spavaće sobe sa vlastitim kupaonicama, sa terase se pruža veličanstven i otvoreni pogled na Kvarnerski zaljev. This holiday house has the basic living amenities that will make you feel like home. The house is located on the ground floor in a quiet neighborhood by the sea in a city Liznjan (10 km from bigger city Pula). The house has a outdoor terrace with dining area and gas grill and your own parking space beside the house. It is surrounded by large land with olive groves and you have your own garden in which you can pick up fresh and healthy plants for your meals. Nearest beach is just few steps away.

My place is close to family-friendly activities, public transport, the city center (3 km) and the airport (10 km). The apartment is located just 350 m to the most beautiful beaches. Restaurants, supermarket, beach bars, leisure facilitiec, etc. are within the walking distance. Free WI-FI, TV with several international TV channels and air conditioning are provided. Pets are allowed.

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.
