Fantastic location in Sandbanks. Close to the beach, harbour and ferry. Great apartment, nicely decorated, good facilities, comfortable, plenty of space for a family of 5. Really enjoyable base for a few days holiday.

Accommodation is very homely and comfortable with lots of home comforts. It is a perfect location for access to beach, harbour and town with ease of access to some lovely bars and restaurants. Fantastic location for beautiful walks. We’ve stayed here many times and will do so again.

Absolutely beautiful flat. It was clean and we loved the thought that went into the decor. And there was enough toilet roll! 😆 The hosts were very responsive and amenable. The bar opposite was a bit loud with music but it stopped at 12 and didn't bother us really. Thank you.

Great, central area to stay. Understandably can be noisy outside due to being in town centre but it was still peaceful area to live in. Lee was very responsive, had clear instructions and provided nice tea/snacks. Thank you!

Lovely flat with stunning sea view if there are no big cars parking. Tara was an absolute great host and decorated her flat with contemporary and worthy furniture. All rooms were spotlessly clean and well equiped. We highly appreaciated that even accessories like kitchen equiment or toilet paper have been provided. Even if the flat is close to the beach and the town centre of Boscombe, it is really quite and private. Parking at the street was easily possible. Thank you for all the kind messages and useful information. We will definitely come back :)

A lovely property with everything you need for a comfortable stay, a short walk to the beach. We were met personally by Pamela who showed us where everything was, thank you both for your kind hospitality. The home baked bread was delicious!

Lovely house with the added bonus of a parking space. The house was beautifully presented and spotlessly clean. It was very well stocked with everything you could want and it's a very easy short walk to the beach. I absolutely would recommend this.

From the communication, to the quality of the accommodation & amenities to the welcoming touches with Prosecco & snacks, your thoughtfulness just made our holiday perfect!! The decor was bright, modern & beautiful; the house and furniture was spotless and the house had everything you would need for a weekend getaway. We were 9 people and a dog and there was ample room for everyone. We couldn’t be happier. The only issue is that since this was our first Airbnb adventure, we’ve now got our bar set too high 😊 Thanks once again for allowing us a fabulous few days in Bournemouth in your beautiful house.

Perfect location if you want access to all the local walks and right on the beach, Lovely clean and tidy equipped with everything we needed, ideal for family’s with young children, single beds a bit small for adults, but I managed for a few nights, local pub does great Sunday roast Staff in the cafe and hotel very welcoming and helpfuli would recommend and will visit again in the future Thankyou Peter & Francis

Great location and place to stay. Can walk to the beach and it’s perfect to come back to relax in. Extras like milk in the fridge on arrival and all required kitchen and cleaning things provided as well as beach towels. Super clean and warm, with really comfy beds.

The house was a perfect location for us as a family. We regularly visit Swanage and this is now the closest to town we have stayed. You would not think in less than 5 minutes you would be in town due to how quiet it was. House was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for a family of 5. If we needed Anne we knew we could have messaged. We managed to find parking not far from the house so this was also no issue for us. Will look again at staying here as we can not fault it at all. 5*

The house was exactly what we needed, and was in an ideal location. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive throughout our stay. The only things I would suggest is that the host provides hand wash in the bathrooms (this is something I’ve experienced in all other airbnb experiences), and the host needs to replace the dining table and dining chairs as these are worn out, and not fit for use. Overall, the house was exactly what we as a group of nine (with two children) needed, and the bedrooms were clean, comfortable, and spacious.

Steven's apartment was truly great and as described. There was everything you needed for a home meal, and instructions were perfectly clear, which made our arrival and check out hassle free. Overall spotlessly clean. The location was a plus! Would definitely book again! :)

Amazing place to stay. Short walk to beach/ town. Quiet location. Nice comfortable beds. Excellent shower. Very clean. Decking with seating at the back is in the sun from morning to evening and is secluded. Absolutely 5 Stars and over.

Spacious three bedroom 2nd floor appartment. Lift located next to appartment front door. One parking space which can be seen from living room window. Lots of extras in appartment- eg shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, toilet roll, hand soap etc which was a great addition. Further free parking around the corner on Derby Road. 10 min walk to Boscombe beach. Would thoroughly recommend and look forward to a return trip

60 steps from pavement to flat, but so worth it. lovely flat, just like the pictures. stairs a bit narrow. comfy bed, netflix, and lovely plants

Absolutely amazing stay at Samantha's place! Communication was excellent from start to finish. The flat is truly beautiful - the photos don't do justice to how spacious and open the main rooms actually are. The location couldn't be better - just a 5 minute walk to the beach and a short drive to the New Forest. We were able to explore so many beautiful sights all within easy reach. The beds were very comfortable and all appliances were new and worked perfectly. We hope to return again soon!

This is a beautiful apartment right on the sea front. It was super clean, easy to access, spacious and perfect for our long weekend getaway. We will absolutely be returning!

Nice clean accommodation, well decorated with everything you would need, good communication from Maureen regarding the stay. Tesco nearby for groceries, Cafe 100yds away for coffee and breakfast or dinner. We stayed for a weekend and went to eat at Rick Steins one night and Poole harbour the next night.

Our stay at The Coast House was fabulous. The house was immaculate, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished with a lovely secluded courtyard garden. Great location. Would definitely recommend.
