Everything was perfectly fine, we stayed a couple of nights during our honeymoon and enjoyed the Pineapple Express! Pretty house and surrounding. Albert gave us some recommendations for activities and food, which was very helpful!

This was the best first Airbnb experience. We were celebrating our 10-year anniversary with our 3 young kids. This home was just beautiful. The photos do not do enough justice. The home was super spacious and TV in both rooms. Our 5yr old enjoyed the jacuzzi because it was shallow and warm. The pool was huge with a diving board. It was nice having the outdoor kitchen and grill. We were able to prepare our food while also watching the kids swim. We enjoyed her papayas, avocados, and mango. Ms. Sandra shared with us her organic eggs from her chickens, Kale, beets, basil, and lettuce from her garden. Every morning when I woke up, I couldn't wait to open the curtains and windows to see the view and hear the birds. I could go on and on about this place. Thank you Ms. Sandra. It was such a pleasure meeting you and spending time in you beautiful home🙏

This is a hidden gem a ways off the beaten track. Peaceful, lovely gardens complete with tree platform for meditation and yoga! Kaeo was super generous leaving us homebaked treats to welcome us back from our daily travels. Thirty minutes from both Volcano National Park and Hilo. Cottage is small but comfortable with everything you need (we stayed for a week). We loved the outside kitchen and the mini hot tub. Great holiday - recommended!

We had a great stay at Lorelle Petite Retreat apartment. We loved the location being on the hill; it was nice, cool and tranquil. The space was clean and well shocked. Lorelle is a very generous, friendly person.We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation.

This is our second visit. Seth’s place! is just as amazing as the first visit. Beautiful and clean our family felt right at home. We recently stayed at this incredible cabin on the Big Island, and it was truly magical. The setting was serene and surrounded by nature, making it feel like a peaceful retreat tucked away from the world. The cabin itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed—from a fully stocked kitchen to cozy touches that made it feel like home. Every detail was thoughtful and well-appointed, and we felt instantly relaxed the moment we arrived. It’s the kind of place where you can sip your coffee while listening to the birds, then wind down by the fire after a day of exploring. We left feeling refreshed and full of gratitude for such a special experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience the beauty and calm of the Big Island.

We loved our stay here! So peaceful and quiet. The hot tub was a perfect end to our days of exploring! Great location for Hawaii's Volcano National Park, Black Sand and Green Sand beaches and sites in Hilo. Would love to stay here again sometime!

We will rent this home again if we are back to the Big Island! We really enjoyed the different spaces. The interior was open concept and a great gathering space. The lanai porch was peaceful and very pleasant mornings and evenings. The outdoor shower and hot tub was a great space for small groups to gather.

It's a great place. It's so close to the beach, big enough for a family, and has a full kitchen with sauce and seasoning so we can cook simple food for the kids. They have most beach supplies, like chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. It helps us save money on rentals.

Hilo is a great place to visit, volcano park, beaches, Hilo and Ola Breweries. Jims place was a retreat, an escape to real hawaiian living. We fed the koi, relaxed while surrounded by orchids and palms. We had a great stay and would book again.

This is a gem of a place that’s is located in a peaceful perfect location. Valerie was friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. She offered flexible early check in and late check out which we found very useful. Would highly recommend this place if you wish to stay on this beautiful island.

I had a comfortable stay. I loved the local bread and produce in the kitchen. Avocado toast with banana and papaya was amazing sitting on the front lanai. The bed was quite relaxing with lots of soothing pillows for a perfectly restful sleep.

Had an incredible experience at Joe's Jungle Treehouse. I wanted something quiet, more remote yet not too far out, with a jungle vibe. And this place is just that. I loved it and hope to be back in that hammock again soon! Thanks Joe!

Lucky to grab this location for a few days. Accommodations were great for three parties of folks. Especially great one couple could bring their dog. Unfortunately, we missed the volcano eruptions, which started the day we checked out for home. They seemed to have everything you might need and super cozy, including the reclining couch sections were comfortable enough to sleep in!!

Our family loved the house. There was plenty of space for everyone and the set up was perfect for our needs. We especially loved sitting on the lanai in the mornings and evenings, and falling asleep to the sound of the tree frogs. The location was a further from the ocean than we realized, but we enjoyed the lushness of the hilly terrain and would stay there again. Susan and Iris were very responsive when we reported a few minor appliance issues and it didn't impact our overall experience.

We loved our time at this house. It’s set on a beautiful, lush property very convenient to everything on the Kona side of the island. The house was clean and very comfortable. There were tons of beach recreation supplies and the hot tub was a welcome addition! Adam was really responsive and had some great suggestions in the guest book. There’s a neighbor dog that barks in the morning, so that may wake you up if you’re a light sleeper, but otherwise this was a great place to stay while exploring the island.

The location was perfect! The beach was very close and there were many restaurants and shops just down the street. The inside was immaculate and was the perfect stay for my mom, daughter, and myself. There were so many amenities and items that were useful in the house, such thoughtful hosts. We would definitely stay again when we come back.

We chose this property because of the close proximity to the ocean. There is no beach but you can definitely hear the waves crashing and it was very tropical. Besides the house next door, it is very private. Plenty of kitchen appliances, plateware, and silverware. The neighbors were friendly, including their dog. Overall, we had a great stay would definitely recommend this house if you are looking for peaceful, quiet time on the island.

Great house and location! It suited our family of four perfectly. Very tidy lay-out and comfortable, with lovely gardens and always quiet. It was so great to be only a three minute drive to one of the best snorkelling spots on the island, and just a short drive from Banyans, one of the most consistent (surfing) waves on the west coast. We also found it to be a good base for our day-trip to Volcanoes National Park (2 hours round the south coast there; 3 hours through the middle of the island back.) The very convenient nearby shopping centre was our go-to for just about everything (loved the Mexican especially). We had a terrific four-day stay. Thank you, Brad!

We had a wonderful time at Cooks Landing! Our first impression was 'WOW'. At first we were skeptical about some of the photos seeming dark... but the pictures do not do this place justice. Beautiful home that is located in a beautiful private community. It was clean and well stocked with plenty of extras that you may need from either home use or the beach. We loved the location, which was located not far from a key highway intersection that could take you to your Hawaiian adventure. The Ocean Club (pool) pictures do not do it justice either! It had a great design that overlooked the ocean that was perfect for watching the sunset with a Mai Tai in hand! I would say that the pool is family friendly too. It had shallow depth & a spot that toddlers could play in. It had a bar, restaurant, and tasteful live local music. 12/10 would recommend this place. A very big MAHALO to Jim & Kristi for opening this beautiful home to people.

Kona coast vacations has always been a great host and this time was no different. They were responsive to any issues that came up with the property very quickly. The place is comfortable and spacious

This was a beautiful well maintained home, with many amenities. The location secluded and private, yet relatively close to markets, shopping, tours and activities. There were plenty of options if you wanted things to do. However, it was a perfect, tranquil getaway if you wanted to do nothing but relax. I enjoyed everything about this property I would definitely reserve it again. The Elite Gather Team was very helpful. In particular Liam went out of his way to help us during our stay, which was greatly appreciated. Mahalo

We loved our stay at Mary’s place! Although it was a little more remote than expected, we appreciated the access to the different beautiful beaches in the neighborhood. The snorkeling at Manini Beach was spectacular! Because we had our 8 month old granddaughter with us, we also spent a lot of time in the beautiful pool. The “glamping” aspect of our stay was fun and we enjoyed the sounds of nature, particularly our rooster alarm at the crack of dawn which certainly helped us get our days started. We would highly recommend Mary’s place and wouldn’t hesitate staying again when on the island.

This spacious home was amazing. We fit 8 people in this home with plenty of room to move around. This is an older home and some wear and tear was visible when we arrived. We simply took photos and shared with owner on items that needed attention in the future. This home has wonderful views of the ocean, it is not far from a Costco and a Walmart for quick and easy shopping. The home was supplied with all the basic needs like toilet paper, paper towels, bathroom soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, tissue and much, much more. There is a large TV downstairs that our kiddos spent their down time watching. Kitchen was stocked with everything you need to cook a complete meal. Three bathrooms was a huge blessing for the size of our group. The owner was responsive and helpful for every inquriy.
