A Memorable Overnight Stay at Nao House Our brief stay at Nao House was a delightful experience. Despite the short duration, the hospitality made a lasting impression. We were especially grateful to our host for accommodating our early bag drop-off, allowing us to explore without the burden of luggage. The house itself is a testament to modern design, offering ample space that comfortably hosted our family. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the bathroom—spacious, well-appointed, and a true luxury for the family to enjoy. Situated near Tamayaka Old Town, the location was perfect for our needs. We had the opportunity to pick up some local souvenirs before heading back to Tokyo, making it an ideal stopover. In summary, Nao House provided a stylish and comfortable retreat, enhanced by thoughtful hospitality and a convenient location. We look forward to returning in the future.

We've stayed at Kenichi's place for 4 nights and it was experience! Experience that we've been looking for. It's a guest house with traditional Japanese style living room and bedroom at one hand. And more modern kitchen and washroom areas. Location is great as it was further away from the crowded areas but close enough so you can walk there. We took 2 trips from the house: Shirakawa Go folk village as well as Kamikochi hiking area. It takes about 15-20 minutes to walk to the Bus center from the house. There is a great view opening up from the windows in the bedroom where you can slow down and ponder. There is a small bridge and a waterfall next to the windows. It was a bit disorienting because the waterfall sounds like it's raining outside all the time if you close the windows. The house had everything we needed. Kenichi and his wife were great hosts to us as we enjoyed talking to them.

Walking distance to old town and morning market. The view from this place is amazing. Nice host and very clean accommodation. I really enjoyed the stay :)

This was a perfect stop between visits to Tokyo and Kyoto. We enjoyed spreading out and slowing down the pace in this beautiful property. It is in walking distance to town, the train station and also many shrines. We spent three days exploring on foot and one day visiting the ropeway and surrounding mountains (which was really fun). When not out and about, we enjoyed this clean, relaxing property and its birds eye view of Takayama.

Cool, funky Airbnb you will really enjoy. Quiet & Very clean. Big screen projector, barbeque hut just off the kitchen. Super friendly and helpful host. A really fun place,- don’t miss it! It will definitely be on your “Most Memorable” list.

The apartment was little but with all the necessities. The location is not the closest but fine enough to reach from the station in 15 min by tram. It was not the easiest to find, I'm glad that I met a lady who guided me to the apartment because it's quite hidden. Apart from these aspects, very satisfied with overall. Recommended!

Instructions were clear on how to check in and out. Easy to find as well, only downside was that road leading into it and parking space was narrow, but it is manageable. Host was responsive as well if you have any questions. Cozy apartment and sleeping space, netflix available if you just want to chill. Overall, a very good place to stay!

The place is located in a quiet area, very close to the gardens and museums on foot. The host was very accommodating and provided us with a parking spot that we communicated in advance. 100% recommend!

Our stay at this Airbnb was impeccable! The location was simply wonderful, perfect for exploring the city and within walking distance of the bus terminal to the more distant tourist attractions. The apartment was extremely clean and organized, and we were very impressed with the host’s attention to detail in English – a super thoughtful touch for someone who is not from Japan! We arrived to find everything tidy and ready for us to relax. The apartment is incredibly comfortable and had everything we needed, with modern equipment and impeccable organization. We also loved the disposable items that were provided, a common courtesy in Japan. Would give it more stars if it was possible. Highly recommended.

我是一個人獨旅，房子距離車站不遠，依指示很好找，也很容易進入。 分配給我的房間離廁所與廚房都很近，很方便。 房間跟照片一樣很明亮乾淨， 基本的配備都有，LED 瑩幕與功學椅有加分。 地點很好，離金澤主要景點走路約都在20分鐘內，我待兩周所以天氣好我就散步去参訪各景點， 天氣不好就可以就近到車站內尋訪好吃的名店，真是方便。 我也利用了廚房料理我從近江町市場買回來的海鮮，廚房維持的很乾淨，使用上很方便。 這是個很乾淨安全方便的旅宿，值的推薦。 ps. 住這邊還有個好處，對面常排隊的麵屋大河，想吃可以隨時觀察人少時再去不用排隊。^_^

the appartment was very nice. comfortable beds, we first booked this because we wanted a futon experience but there where mattresses on the ground, after all probably very happy with the mattresses. it is very near the station. We rented a car and could park this in front of the building. the appartment was spotless and a very nice host! Oh and the shower is amazing with a hard pressure

very close by to the station and theres a convenience store just a few mins walk away. there are two free dryers at the ground floor which is very convenient! accommodation is very clean and spacious ☺️

スタッフの皆様も優しく丁寧で 素晴らしい宿泊施設でした。 カップル2組や仲の良い4名での 利用がおすすめかもしれません。

ที่พักอยู่ไกลเมืองหน่อยแต่มีความเป็นส่วนตัวดีมาก มีทั้งหมด 5 ห้องนอนหลับสบายทุกห้อง หิมะรอบบ้านเยอะมาก เจ้าของบ้านก็ดีตอบตลอดเวลา ขออะไรเพิ่มเติมไปก็จัดให้ได้ทุกอย่าง คุ้มค่ากับราคาที่จ่ายมากๆ

Wonderful experience staying at Villa Mitoreya. It's not your usual Airbnb, it's a lot more. The house is amazingly built with beautiful views and Tsuyoshi was an excellent host. He was present to welcome us, he went out of his way to drive us to a nearby restaurant so we didn't have to worry about parking and having a drink. His breakfast were delicious with many small details. It was like having a personal chef at home. We really enjoyed the peaceful environment and watching the local train pass in front of the house. It was like being in a Ghibli movie.
