The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room where there are multiple seating options. The bedroom and living room have smart TVs if you want to use your own streaming site. The spa inspired bathroom has numerous amenities included.

This newly renovated apartment of the historic first St. Benedict Catholic School is located just four blocks from downtown Decorah on a quiet residential street. Enjoy 1600 square feet of open and airy living space that includes two master bedrooms, a sleeping loft, gourmet kitchen, a large dining area and high end furnishings throughout. You will like the spectacular views of the skyline, steeples, and bluffs of Decorah, as well as views of the stars through the 12 loft skylights.

Unique downtown studio loft with balcony overlooking the Cedar River. Loft sleeps up to 4 adults, one queen sized bed and 2 high quality full sized futons (pack and play available upon request for small children). Located right down town with shopping and night life steps away. This unit does not have a full kitchen. (small sink, small fridge/freezer, pizzaz, microwave, and electric griddle are in the bar area) Public Parking located off of 1st St NE to the North of Bremer Ave.
