Wer die Natur und Ruhe liebt, ist bei uns richtig. Unser gepflegtes Studio bietet Platz für 2 Personen. Wir haben eine tolle Aussicht, die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge auf die ganze Insel. Das Studio besteht aus einem Schlaf-&Wohnraum mit Doppelbett, Satellitenfernseher, Kochecke, Kühlschrank, Duschbad, ca. 20 qm, plus Veranda. Der Eingang ist separat von der Veranda aus. Bettwäsche, frische Handtücher und Shampoo sind vorhanden. Die Reinigung ist inklusive und erfolgt einmal wöchentlich.

Βρίσκεται μόλις 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της πόλης, το σταθμό του τραίνου και το ΚΤΕΛ και πολύ κοντά στα Μετέωρα. Είναι ένα καινούργιο στούντιο με πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα , υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι , και καναπέ κρεβάτι 2 ατόμων. Στην αυλή μας θα μπορέσετε να απολαύσετε την ανατολή του ήλιου.

To διαμέρισμα προσφέρει μοναδική Θέα στην Θάλασσα με πεντακάθαρα νερά σε μια ήσυχη τοποθεσία αλλά παράλληλα βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά στις πανέμορφες παραλίες του χωριού, τα μαγαζιά , τις ταβέρνες ,τα bars όπου μπορείτε να μεταβείτε περπατώντας.Η Κασσιόπη είναι ένα μικρό γραφικό χωριό του καταπράσινου νησιού της Κέρκυρας και δεν χρειάζεται να χρησιμοποιήσετε αυτοκίνητο για να επισκεφτείτε τα ιστορικά μέρη του χωριού όπως η Παναγία η Κασσωπίτρα και το Κάστρο της Κασσιόπης.

A smaller independent residence exists within the same private estate like Villa Evita. This all-in-one ground level apartment has its own entrance and access to the beach with private swimmnig pool. It is ideal for family or friends wanting to maintain a level of freedom from the main party staying in EVITA or for accompanying staff. We have a FREE small motorboat and paddleboards for our guests. The accomodation has 2 bicycles and 2 electric scooters, as well FREE!

The house is over 200 years old but has recently been refurbished to a great standard. The original style has been maintained with stone walls and exposed wooden beams but decoration is modern and minimal. The house sleeps 6 people comfortably and is child friendly.
