Absolute peace, fresh air, and a five minute stroll from park trails. Quiet and crime free, the Artist Retreat is worlds apart from urban excitement. Guests are amazed by its beauty. Being at the top of a ridge, it is a 11/2 mile drive to get there. The road is quite steep with many turns. Free Level 2 charger which we encourage guests to use.

We are located 5 min walking distance to the downtown Inverness ,local restaurants like Saltwater and Vladimir’s . Close by hiking trails ,beaches and blue kayaking rental. Looking for a healthy dose of tranquility and adventure at your doorstep? Over 100 steps from the road below, this 'treehouse' is perched above it all and horizontally oriented on a steep lot between two creeks. The all glass façade creates dramatic views of the redwoods, Mt. Tam and across downtown Mill Valley to Blithedale Ridge. Anchored to granite the house sits on handmade stone walls from rock harvested on the property during construction in the 1960s. Truly a one of a kind stay.

Our house is in a small quiet col de sac. 5 minute walk from Point Reyes downtown with shops, market, and Tomales Bay Foods. You have access to the house, living room space, both front and backyard and washer dryer in the garage. It is our primary home and some of personal items may be accessible in the common areas and we ask that you please be respectful.
