Very clean and tidy. Unfortunately due to the weather I was unable to fully appreciate the property and would have like to meet the Woolies.

Great stay! This home was very inviting and has everything we needed for our stay. It’s very homely, all items within the home have been well thought through for guests. Fantastic location, so close to the main shops and queens park. Would highly recommend staying here!

Great place to stay and was exactly what was needing while working in the area.

Quiet, cosy and comfortable studio that was perfect for a quick stopover in Invercargill. Bathroom is small but nice, and it is not very private being next to garage, however it was very nicely decorated. Incredibly comfortable bed and fabulous linens. Definitely recommend Clare’s place as wonderful high value stay.

Such a lovely host and very inviting place to stay. We were treated with juice, milk and hot cross buns being Easter. The cottage has everything you need for a home away from home. Walking distance to Queens park and only minutes drive to town. Super clean, tidy and well equipped with all the amenities. We had two vehicles which Lee accommodated for on-site. A very quiet and peaceful place to stay. Would definitely recommend thanks again Lee all the very best.

Great accommodation, loved the pictures on the wall and the Vanguard Beetlebum at the top of the stairs. This unit particularly good with great outdoor areas!!

Our home away from home! Beautiful 'studio' that was not studio sized- it was spacious. Separate kitchen, bathroom, lounge and bedroom areas to enjoy. All modern fitout, private entrance, beautiful linen and a washer/dryer as a bonus! Located on a busy road corner but the double glazing kept the traffic noise to a minimum. Location was ideal for Queen's Park, CBD and supermarket. Parking in side street. We give this accommodation our highest rating of 12/10, the first place we have ever stayed that had 2 bag racks!!!!! this place is a wee gem!! we wanted to stay longer! beautiful decor and lovely big rooms. amazing beds! so comfortable. would defo be back again!
