Waterfront Gem with Free Parking

Waterfront Gem has a fully equipped kitchen, big screen Smart TV with cable channels, high-speed WiFi, and so much more. This historic, award-winning property can be your home away from home. Award-winning property with gorgeous interior architecture. Highlights include: (1) Huge waterfront balcony- perfect for people watching (2) Interior courtyard garden- amazing for morning coffee (3) 2 large bedrooms on separate floors for privacy (4) Each bedroom has private bathroom away from living area (5) Open kitchen/living space with lots of seating for "together" time (6) Fully equipped kitchen for cooking (7) 65-inch TV, Fast WiFi, Keurig for coffee, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and lots of other amenities and extras. Exclusive access to the waterfront balcony, interior courtyard, and all areas of the house which are for you and you only! You'll have access to the entire condo which occupies the entire 3rd and most of the 2nd floor (there is a women's fashion boutique on the 1st floor and a small studio apartment with separate entrance on the 2nd floor). Tenants of the store and studio apartment do not have access to your space. The property has "Smart Locks" which allow guests to enter with a custom pass code I set (and remove upon checkout) for each guest. Different guests want different things, so I'll try my best to accommodate you in the way you'll most appreciate. If you prefer privacy, you'll have as much as you want, and I've included lots of local tips and recommendations in our House Guide for you to explore on your own. If you're looking for opinions, input, ideas, etc... then I'm more than happy to be a resource for you! I grew up in the area, live just a few blocks away, and am often out and about in the neighborhood, enjoying all that Fells Point has to offer. Located in the heart of Baltimore's most charming neighborhood: Fell's Point! Conveniently located nearby Johns Hopkins Medical Center (1 mile). Great for walking: you can follow the waterfront promenade all the way from Fells Point, through the Inner Harbor, up to Federal Hill Park. Or stick around the neighborhood, window shop, and check out quirky stores and restaurants. Water Taxi is 100 feet away and has 10+ stops to bring you to all the top tourist destinations by scenic boat ride. Uber/Lyft are the best methods to get around quickly and often are only 1 or 2 minutes away. Parking is tricky, but if you're coming into town with a car, I can help you coordinate valet service with the hotel directly across the street, direct you to a nearby parking garage, or suggest free street parking a few blocks away. Parking directly outside of the property is hourly during the day (because of the prime location).

We're within a walking distance of Pier 6 Pavilion, Starbucks, restaurants, bars, shops, museums, and more. Our house comes with 3 BRs/2 full BAs, a cozy living room, a dining room, a modern kitchen, a workspace, FREE private parking, and an outdoor sitting area. An ideal base to explore Baltimore.

Stay in a Former Fells Point Bar! - Private Studio

Rent a unique studio apt in Fells Point! This is no cookie-cutter Airbnb. We converted a portion of our home, a 19th century construction & mid-20th century Fells Pt bar, into a 500 foot apartment w/private entrance, bathroom, work & living space. The apartment is near Fells bars & restaurants, Canton, Hopkins, the harbor, Patterson Park & downtown. 2 miles from stadiums. There is a 6 in. incline from sidewalk to entrance. Access ramp available. No steps in studio. We only host via Airbnb.

Comfy Home in Charming Hampden

2 bedroom + den on cute street in Hampden/Wyman Pk. Quick walk to restaurants & shops on The Avenue as well as Hopkins University and The Baltimore Museum of Art. Minutes drive to downtown, train station. Front porch & back yard. Over a century old, with updates and character. Please note the 1/2 bath is located in the basement. Also, there is a 10 step flight of steps from the street to the main level and a flight of steps to main bath and bedrooms on the second floor.

Patterson Park Penthouse with Rooftop Deck!

Located overlooking the lovely Patterson Park and close to Canton & Fells Point this is a great spot for a Baltimore visit! This large and newly renovated Baltimore rowhouse less than 10 min from the Inner Harbor, Johns Hopkins main campus, Bayview, Fells Point, Canton. We invite you to stay in a lovely private apartment oasis on the top floor of the row house that has stunning views of the park and access to a balcony and large rooftop deck for lounging or dining.

Cozy City Loft walk to JHH & Fells (pets welcome)

Comfortable loft with tons of natural light. Walking distance to light rail station, Johns Hopkins Hospital and the historic port community of Fells Point with cool dive bars and great restaurants. The apartment is very peaceful and surprisingly serene for a busy city street. We do not allow smoking at all on the property. Grab an uber for a short ride to fine dining at Harbor East or get dropped off at a divey port bar for pints and live irish music

Fells Point - Close to Attractions

FellsPoint excitement just off the main street, only a block away from the main attractions of Fells Point. This is a beautiful street level unit that is exclusively AirBnB use, separate entrance on street level. Note that weekends in the neighborhood are very busy and sometimes loud, it's a popular area and this unit faces the street. Light sleepers might get awakened.
