Вилла находится в парке GWK, центр Букита, практически на самой высокой точке полуострова. Соседей мало и они все достаточно далеко. Собак, петухов, храмов, строек близко нет. Вилла построена в пяти уровнях и представляет две автономные виллы, которые могут использоваться как вместе, так и раздельно. Нижняя вилла с одной спальней европейского типа( закрытая кухня-столовая с кондиционерами) с большой лужайкой на которой реально летают бабочки. Второй уровень это разделение вилл, то есть сверху не видно что на нижней вилле и наоборот. Три верхних уровня это трехспальная вилла с открытой кухней и руфтопом с шикарным видом. Вилла построена и оснащена качественно, то есть толстые стены, окна, хорошие материалы, мебель, техника и т. д. Хороший стильный дизайн, единая концепция, включая посуду и постельное бельё, много уместных деталей интерьера. Работники находятся рядом, то есть все вопросы моментально решаются. До любой точки на Буките 15 минут на авто. Мы не первый раз на Бали. На Буките таких вилл, которые здесь называют "лакшери" не так много, в основном они в районе Семиньяка, но там шумно. И если вам нужна тишина и покой то здесь отличный вариант.

My family had an unforgettable stay at Villa Ziba! With ten of us in total, we were amazed at how spacious and comfortable the villa was—we never felt crowded or in each other's way. A huge shout-out to Eka and the incredible staff, who made our experience truly special with their exceptional hospitality!

Loved the time spent at the Villa. The seperation between the bedrooms and the dining was a feature of the layout. The pool was amazing as well. We were in our own cocoon when we chose to stay at the Villa. The Staff was super helpful and the b'fast at the Villa is a great added bonus and takes away the hassle esp if you have kids. Virginie was easy to contact and quick to respond for any requests. Overall, loved our stay!

Great place, spacious and well maintained! We had a great stay and the plus is really the quality of mattresses. I will definitely come back.

The place was beautiful. Lots of space. Private even though you are on the families compound. Family lots that live there are so kind and friendly. Lots of great instructions and info in their little booklet. fully cleaned everyday, even floors mopped. Just loved it!

Great location and beautiful villa. Vanessa is great host, responsive. Fruits and refreshing beverages were at fridge, waiting for us. And the christmascake as gift was amazing.

I had an amazing stay at this Villa with my entire family. The space was a good getaway for our party of 7 adults and 2 children. The property is just as it is in the photographs. Rooms are very spacious (all with ensuite bathrooms!) and beds are very comfortable. The property is part of a resort which has very attentive and friendly staff. The Villa is fully equipped so we were able to cook and even barbecue during our stay. Maru was a great host and communicated well with me months in advance before our arrival. Maru answered all my questions, explained things properly, and graciously handled a small hiccup during check-in. (I really appreciated that.) While I was not able to meet Maru in person, she replied to messages immediately and was on top of things. Nonetheless, during our stay, Maru left us in the care of the property's Butler, Didik, who assisted us with things we needed. Overall, I would definitely recommend this Villa for people who want to stay in Uluwatu and explore the beaches and the luxury beach clubs in the area. Thanks again Maru and Didik!

Putu was very warm, caring, honest and very helpful. Always available to give us a helping hand. Made our stay very relaxing, worry free. The Villa is really a uniquely build and decorated. Has a lovely warm and comfortable ambience. Lovely size swimming pool and well maintained and beautiful garden. We additionally loved the night lighting and ambience, the fish ponds, turtles and the noise of the continuous flow of water. Very calming. Did not feel like going out much as were were enjoying out self at the villa and the hospitality provided by Putu and her team. Definitely would want to stay here again.

My friend and I stayed five nights at Seabreeze. We were looking for a nourishing, peaceful escape from Bali tourism mania, and we got it! The villa is well designed and very homely, the infinity pool is divine, and the uninterrupted ocean views are captivating. The sound of ocean waves was the only sound; it lulled us to sleep each night. We were well taken care of by Fitri. She arrived each day to make breakfast, a delicious array of treats always served with a smile. We chose to dine at the villa each night, a small menu on offer, but always fresh food, and so delicious. Add to that in-villa daily massages by experienced therapists and, quite frankly, we were in Bali heaven! We hoped to do yoga each day, but 2 of the local studios were closed. The Pondok hotel was a short scooter ride away and offered 2 beginner-level classes daily. Thank you to Wendy and her fab team for curating a wonderful, soulful experience. We will return!

We had a large group of boys on a punters club trip come to the villa for an annual catch up and party. The location suited us down to a tee as it was close to the lively Canggu night spots. The photos didn’t do the villa justice as we were all amazed at the set up when we walked in. We spent most of our time around the enormous pool and cabanas. The place is massive and the staff will go above and beyond for your requests. We felt very secure and made great mates with the security at the front gate. Any activity we wished to do was organised quickly and we were given good recommendations by Hery. We had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend this joint to a lively group of travellers. Villa Kim has been our best stay yet, very serine and spacious but still very homely. Definite Bali vibe, big back yard and big pool very bright and good for tanning. TV’s In all rooms with Netflix in master room. Staff were lovely and so helpful and kind, and Jay response was always very quick. I would definitely love to stay again.

We had an amazing stay in Villa. We came with 4 kids and it was really comfortable even with our zoo :-) Pool is clean, the view is awesome, garden and chill area are calm and cozy, we had villa cleaned up every day and our clothes washed. We could use the whole infrastructure of the hotel nearby and it was priceless as well as the place is really wild (pool, cafe, bar, dive center and rent, massage) Massage directly on villa was nice and easy to arrange.
