Great location as well as check in instructions, communication and a really friendly family. The dog doesn't like me but I rarely saw him. The home was clean and there were plenty of supplies for when I made a mess. Overall great experience.

The townhouse was perfect for a few nights stay. it was clean, on a quiet edge of Bloomington so it wasn't super noisy with traffic, check in was easy. as was check out. it was worth what we paid to have over a hotel room by far. only time you could hear neighbors was when they entered or left as the doors sometimes shut quite hard.

Our stay here was wonderful! This is a hidden gem in Bloomington, a cute little quiet neighborhood-feel.

Just Wow!! I needed a place to call home for a few months and I hit the jackpot with Sivan‘s cozy, comfortable and welcoming home! Not only was it beautifully decorated, she had every amenity you could ever imagine. ( even a garlic press and tiny spoons to stir your coffee:) Truly a gem in historic fountain Square! Sivan is beyond amazing and answered any questions efficiently and effectively! I rented a lot of Airbnb’s all over the world, and this one felt the most like a true home!

This was a great spot to stay, in a lovely neighborhood! I took several walks and went to the park to go hiking! Nicoline was super helpful and flexible! We can't wait to go back!

Great place to stay for a ND game!

James's place was a steal! it was a great spot for a weekend trip to Indy! The space was exactly what we needed for a 3 person trip and check in and out was seamless!

Great space to stay if in the area. Everything matched the description. The pool table was great to have along with the fire pit!

The place was great! Very clean and comfortable. Getting in was easy, instructions were very clear, and there was ample street parking. We'd happily stay here again.

Very comfortable and homey! Matched the description and photos. Had everything we needed for a stay before family wedding in the area, but I can see a family group or group of friends being comfortable for a longer period of time for a trip. We didn’t cook, but I did notice that the kitchen was very well equipped. Host very communicative and helpful. Definitely recommend.

The owner's were quick to respond to requests, which were not many. The place was definitely clean and the owner's unobtrusive, which sometimes they can be. The neighborhood I like a lot now but at first I was a little concerned as it's in an area being revitalized. I have another project coming up in the fall and I'd be looking to stay there again put it that way. And if their place isn't available I'd be looking in that general area.

This house well accommodated our family of six. The property was located close to all of the points of interest yet far enough away to allow us to rest peaceably between each eventful day. Sarah, Syeda and the rest of Curated Fort Wayne were responsive to inquiries. We tend to vacation to cities in coordination with a designated event. If we will be planning a trip to Ft. Wayne again, we’ll start our search with Sarah and Curated Fort Wayne.

Absolutely stunning stay! This was truly one of the most beautiful, luxurious, and comfortable homes I’ve ever stayed in. Every detail felt intentional. From the stylish decor to the cozy, inviting atmosphere. The hosts were so kind, responsive, and thoughtful, which made the entire experience even more special. The location was perfect, and all three bedrooms were peaceful, private, and had blackout drapes for a great night’s sleep. I feel so lucky to have stayed here and genuinely can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a truly exceptional place to stay!

The place was perfect for our family of 6 with kids age 3-9. We just popped onto the Bline & over the bridge to the Wonderlab & a little further down the path to Bloomingfoods for a few groceries to make a perfect little morning. If we had more time in the morning we could've walked to get a vegan breakfast at Rainbow Bakery, too. It's so charming to be only a short walk from downtown. Inside the townhouse was comfy and cozy. We especially enjoyed our time around the dining table.

We stayed for the weekend for my Birthday with family. Great location, 5-15 minutes from all the Indy attractions. The house was very clean and very well decorated. Plenty of places to in the house to hang out comfortably.

Gerri was great with communication. We had some outdoor plans for the morning before we could check in. It ended up being a little cooler but luckily Gerri messaged me that we could check in early. It was perfect!

I stayed at Edwin's place for 6 months due to my house catching fire. Edwin is very responsive and communicated timely to all my messages. We did not have any issues during our stay and I felt very safe. Be ready for a work out.. there are lots of steps. Very convenient location and close to everything. I just want to say thank you to Edwin for allowing my family to stay in such beautiful quiet place for this amount of time. I definitely recommend staying here!
