The home is spacious and the neighborhood is beautiful. We enjoyed the clubhouse with ping pong and hot tub. We walked to the local brewery and were close to several nice shopping areas.

This is a great unit that made us feel at ease :). The kitchen was surprisingly well stocked for an Airbnb these days, too, which was great! Fast internet. Parking was no trouble, right outside the unit. Solid communication with the hosts. Would recommend, would stay again.

This place was great for a group of 5 on a ski trip to Palisades. Just close enough to the resort without paying ski in/ski out prices. More than enough room both bedrooms, living spaces, and bathrooms. Thanks, Michelle!

Jordy's place was great for our little Tahoe getaway with 4 adults, a baby and a dog! We appreciated the laid-back homey/artsy vibe, that it was dog-friendly, and especially the fully stocked kitchen with condiments, spices, coffee & lots of great cookware. Cooking there was great since restaurants were very crowded this time of year (and more affordable!). Inside was super clean - the outdoor grill and patio furniture was covered in pollen (all those beautiful pine trees!) and needed wiping down before we could use them but we didn't mind too much. The little backyard with the Aspen tree & string lights was a lovely place to have dinner in for the night. Jordy also let us use his private beach passes (for an extra $15/person) and we walked to Incline Beach - it was so easy & beautiful. Excellent location. Next time we will leave the dog at home (not allowed at private beach), stay at Jordy's place again and walk or bike down to the beach during the day, grill at home in the evenings.👌Jordy was super responsive to all our questions too. We'll definitely be back!

This place was absolutely beautiful with stunning views! Even better than the photos—so peaceful and relaxing. Waking up to that scenery each morning was incredible. The host was lovely and kind, with very clear and helpful instructions that made check-in and the entire stay effortless. The space itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a serene getaway with breathtaking views. Would definitely stay here again!

I’ve stayed in a lot of places in Incline Village over the years and this has the nicest interior and I would definitely stay here again. Really clean, really great location and I just really enjoyed it.

We had a great time at Shannon’s place! Kitchen was stocked with what we needed and dish washer made a clean up a breeze. Was able to do laundry before we came back home. We got to have a horse sleigh 10 min away from house and go on snowmobile rides with the whole family. We had 2 kiddos (5 & 2) with us and had no problem with the staircase inside. Our stay was comfortable and perfect for the 6 of us! Parking was easy for 2 cars too right outside of our door. Thank you so much for the easy instructions with pictures you sent. We loved our stay and will be back here.

Colleen's place was great!! I visited in November with my two young boys. They loved the bunk beds and fun locker dresser. The house is super convenient- walkable to coffee and downtown restaurants. Colleen was amazing, she texted me about a potential issue with the bed way before my stay and even recommended some local playgrounds for us. If your visiting from out of town with kids I would recommend John Malkins park 🤌

Super friendly host, very clean property, and a great setup/layout for a ski weekend (both bedrooms have an ensuite)! The only downside was the fireplace was out of commission. This was clearly stated in the description though so no detractions here but definitely something to verify if it's a priority.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to the pool and HOA amenities, which were top-notch. The community dock, pool, and sauna were fantastic additions to our stay. The unit itself was fully equipped with everything we needed, including cooking utensils, condiments, and reliable WiFi. The washer and dryer were a huge plus, and we appreciated the attention to detail in ensuring everything was in working order. The view of the lake from the balcony was stunning, and we loved cooking on the grill and enjoying dinner while taking in the scenery. The added touch of board games was a nice surprise and provided some fun downtime. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again. It exceeded our expectations and provided a wonderful getaway experience.

We stayed at the Gezelling House during Thanksgiving week. We absolutely loved the place. It has everything you need for the perfect getaway. The house is spacious, clean, the kitchen is superb! The bedrooms are comfortable, it is a wonderful place! It is well equipped with everything you need. We had a lovely and cozy holiday, spending time together as a family. Awesome memories were created in this place. Its location is very convenient, a few minutes from downtown Truckee, a few minutes from Northstar. There is also a new grocery store about 6 minutes away. We look forward to our next trip to Truckee, and to staying at the Gezelling house again! 💕

We came for a short weekend ski trip. Gwendal's place was perfect for our family of 3. It was super convenient, given the place is close to the village and free shuttle runs frequently. The location within community is also very convenient, this house was close to the parking - so less back and forth walk from the car to load/unload. The house itself was very clean, and spacious for us (2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath). We enjoyed staying here and hope to stay again in the future in of our ski trips!

Great place to stay at Kings Beach. Really clean loved the decorations, lots of amenities. Sebastian was very proactive with any questions we might have had. Overall great place to stay well definitely be back.

Tammy and Phil are incredibly kind and easy to communicate with. They were very accommodating to our needs, and the house was fully and thoughtfully prepared. Our stay was amazing, with a perfect mix of snowy and sunny weather, allowing us to truly experience the beauty of Lake Tahoe. Their place is wonderfully quiet and offers easy access to Mt. Rose and downtown Incline Village. Reserved parking is conveniently located right in front of the house, so there’s no need for a long walk. Tammy and Phil also provided a helpful guide with local restaurant recommendations, activities, and tourist attractions, which was especially useful for first-time visitors. We for sure will be back in the future!

Stephanie was great! We booked last minute on a road trip as we were traveling thru & she got the place ready for us so quickly. Place is really wonderful! So many great & thoughtful details. Very clean & decorated so cute! We loved it. Walkable to restaurants & kings beach. We wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, some of my guests did check in earlier than they were supposed to but Dustin communicated very well and just said to give him a heads up next time. Place was clean and like the photos

The house was absolutely perfect for our family ski trip. The beds were very comfortable. Water bedside upon arrival. The kitchen was fully equipped with cookware and dishes. A few basic spices, salt, pepper, etc. The cocktail bar had a variety of glassware, shakers, etc. Nice laundry. All around very comfortable. Diamond peak lodge is 2 minutes away. Great location. Andrea is a great host. She responded to all my questions and concerns within a few minutes. I would highly recommend.

This was one of the best short term stays I’ve had. The townhouse had a fully stocked kitchen, the beds were super comfortable, the bathrooms were functional, and the place was tastefully decorated. They even had some toys for our young kids to play with. I look forward to coming back!

This was our second time staying at this property and it’s ver cozy. The three king beds and bathrooms are very accommodating and the beds are very comfortable. Our kids loved waking up and going outside to play in the snow and sled behind the house. We loved being so close to the grocery store and the lakeshore. The kitchen was spacious and stocked with plenty of dishes, utensils, pots, pans, etc. we highly recommend this place!!
