Appartement climatisée de 60 m2 à l’agencement haut de gamme dans l’hyper centre de Paris quartier historique de Montorgueil, célèbre pour ses commerces de bouches, ses petits bistrots et restos. L’appartement se situe au 1 er étage d’un immeuble dans une rue très calme. Il a été refait à neuf en 2023 par une célèbre architecte et donc très bien agencé avec des équipements de très haut standing. Vous y serez comme dans une suite d’hôtel avec le charme en plus, d’un vrai logement parisien.

Charmant appartement St Germain

Très joli appartement au troisième et dernier étage ( sans ascenseur ) d’un immeuble historique au cœur du 6eme arrondissement. Tout équipé, idéalement situé ( à quelques mètres du jardin du Luxembourg ), vous retrouverez à proximité des commerces, des restaurants ainsi que les nombreux cafés Parisiens ( Les deux magots, café de flore ). Large 1 Bedroom Apt Saint-Germain

This spacious, 1 BR apartment is housed in a 17th century Latin Quarter building in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Paris. Steps away from the Seine River, its romantic quais, historic cafes, shops, restaurants and monuments, it is quietly separated from the bustle by two picturesque courtyards. Notre-Dame: bright, historic, central A/C

Le Saint-Landry is a two bedroom flat built on two levels in the historical heart of Paris, the ile de la Cite, mostly famous for housing Notre-Dame, the Sainte-Chapelle and the Conciergerie. Seven windows, of which two face the Town Hall with the Seine in between, make the place bright. It was built in the 18th century over a 13th century vaulted anchorage on the edge of the former Port Saint-Landry which was the first harbor of the city.
