Soak up the Cool, Coastal Style at a Harbour Hideaway

Our second stay at Lewis’ cottage and every bit as good as the first. Warm, comfortable, fantastic location. The perfect place to feel away from it all but within a stone’s throw of the harbour and high street. Plenty of eateries and interesting shops, oysters on your doorstep. Dog friendly beach and town. We shall definitely return

Wow! My friend and I stayed here and found this place utterly spotless, beautifully presented and with clear instructions. We would love to return back with it only being a 7 minute walk from the nearest beach. We’ve had an absolute blast with the best weather. Lizz has been a fabulous host and extremely accommodating. Highly recommended. 10/10, thank you

Tracy was such a lovely host from the moment my husband & I arrived, to showing us around and a really friendly chat to make us feel right at home. This place is absolutely stunning! Daweswood - Luxury countryside cottage, lake & tub

What a wonderful property Daweswood is! It’s stunning and had everything we needed for our weekend. Allister was lovely, he always responded quickly to my (many) questions in advance of our stay and on the check in day provided so much information and very clear instructions that made it all go smoothly. He even checked in with us after our first night which was lovely. I couldn’t recommend Daweswood and Allister as a host enough, I will absolutely be recommending him, and really hope to stay again.

Luxury Bungalow with Wheelchair access and hot tub

The home is comfortable and a great size. Lovely living room with big sofas, and a nice terrace to have meals outside if the weather is good. The hot tub was great - such a treat! Nice decor in the whole place. Thanks for a lovely stay.

Wendy is a lovely and very hospitable person, she makes you feel instantly welcomed and at ease. Her dog honey is an amazing addition and as is karen who has some amazing recommendations and is a lovely hostess. We unfortunately had to leave early due to family issues but would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to visit that area

Charming, brand new townhouse near the sea

We stayed just for one night but had a lovely time. The place is very spacious and quiet, it’s clean and tidy. Location-wise it’s right in the centre of town and near the beach, so it was perfect. Olga and igor were responsive and kindly let us check in a bit earlier to drop off our stuff, which hugely helped us out. The only issue is that people have a habit of parking outside the house, right next to the front door. It was a struggle to get the buggy inside on a few occasions. Other than that, brilliant stay with good hosts!

Claire and Tom were fantastic hosts, completely accommodating and provided us with detailed instructions. Their home was beautiful and we had such a wonderful stay. Exactly as described with lovely facilities and sea views in the lounge. Claire responded so quickly to any questions and it was a pleasure to stay in your home! We had a great 4 days. The location of the house, right in front of the sea and the cleanliness, decor and order were perfect. It was also ideal for my dog, our walks were very enjoyable. I definitely recommend it and I am thinking of coming again.

Beautiful 2 bedroom seaside retreat great location

We've had a nice August Bank Holiday weekend at Lee's place. The caravan was clean, tidy and well looked after. A travel cot and a high chair were both available, which really helped us. There was a chilled bottle in the fridge (for adults) and games and books available (for kids). It was very thoughtful of Lee. It was a shame that the Saturday was an absolute washout and we couldn't explore the area. But this is the British summer for you! You would need to buy a day pass for any entertainment (5min walk from the caravan). However, only the swimming and the entrance to the pub and the arcade is included in the day pass. Any other activities you wish to try need to be paid for separately. Also it's worth checking swimming availability first, before purchasing the day pass, as swim times are limited. The bakery just round the corner on the main street was a great discovery. Nice walks with the kids by the sea were good too. Lee's place was great and he is a very good host.

Relaxing coastal escape for 2!

Natalie’s home is just that, a home. Everything you need and a bit more (*bonus points for warm fuzzy blanket!) it is close to everything, restaurants, grocery and although there is no parking at the location, parking at the train station is so close and very affordable. I would highly recommend!

The Nook at the Beach, Broadstairs - sleeps 8

We had a lovely week in Broadstairs, the house was spacious, very clean and well equipped. It suited the whole family, from grandparents to teenagers. Nice and easy to walk into Broadstairs, with a beautiful beach, and good selection of shops and restaurants.

Sally's place is well situated for an easy walk to the sea and Tankerton Downs as well as the shops in Tankerton. It is also an easy walk to Whistable. Harbour Street is my favourite destination in Whistable. Sally provided all the information that I needed, in advance, which was reassuring and helpful.
