The place was fantastic. The host was even more fantastic. I would go there just to visit with Erik again. Such a cozy place!!

This was one of our most favorite places we have ever stayed in! Everything you need is right here on the property. See it’s listed for sale which makes me sad because this was our first time and we already can’t wait to go back 10/10 stay couldn’t ask for anything better great property!!

Our family stay for 10 days was just perfect! The house was clean and so peaceful. Our toddler loved the chickens, ducks, goats and rabbits on site! We rented a boat and did some fishing! It was just perfect! Thank you for a great stay

Eric was very communicative and a very gracious host. The cabin was cozy and clean and the surroundings were so peaceful, exactly what we needed. We spent a good majority of our time in the swim spa that seemed to melt away the stress of every day life. We got steaks from Mobley's, absolutely delicious. Very satisfied and a wonderful anniversary getaway

Our stay at Camp Manatee was everything we hoped for. The home was pristine and looked just like the pictures.. The grounds were beautiful and peaceful. It felt as if we were at a cabin in Georgia, NC, or TN. The host was very responsive, gave clear instructions, and the added special touches in honor of my birthday were very sweet and thoughtful. We enjoyed our stay very much and look forward to returning. Thank you!

My Father-in-law was looking for a pace to ride out the hurricane in Florida. Eric did a great job of being a host as well as a friend. Highly recommend!

Very peaceful place me and my family loved it alot

This is my second time staying with Niladri within the last year. It was as beautiful, clean, and comfortable as before. We last came in the fall previously and it was chilly, this time warmer and we had to utilize the AC units to sleep at night - kept us plenty cool and comfortable at nights We enjoyed cooking over the campfires, love the outdoor shower, and got to wear our pups out. We visited some new to us local springs and enjoy how close it is to access them but also enjoy the privacy of this place. We rented all three studio cabins for a birthday celebration and it was fun to have the whole area to ourselves this visit. She is a responsive, friendly and communicative host. We look forward to visiting again, thank you for another wonderful weekend!

Jarred's home was exactly as pictured. The house is deceivingly spacious, with 3 bedrooms, each boasting large, comfortable beds. There is an obvious attention to detail around the "cabin in the mountains" decor, but with all the modern amenities you'd expect for comfort. The home was very clean, from kitchen to linens. The community is situated around a walkable circle. I say this because it was the perfect distance for my small dog to navigate. The host was always available and communicative. Would stay here again if in the area!!

Really enjoyed our stay at Sugar Shack! Gwen was an amazing host. Loved cabin’s location on the river- on which we took out our paddle boards. Can’t wait to come back!

Clean, quiet, dog friendly. Had more than the basics expected from rental units. Coffee and spices. Small toiletries. A nice touch.

My husband and son loved it! Everything was perfect for their fishing trip! They hope to go back soon.

This was our second stay and we love everything about this spot! It’s a beautiful piece of property with everything you need to sit back and enjoy a weekend away. The host is always incredibly helpful and kind whenever we have had to communicate with them with questions or recommendations. If you’re looking for a place to escape too then you will not be disappointed with this spot! We will certainly be back again as soon as we can!

We had a fantastic time!Everything looked just like the photos. The location is amazing, we went to different springs during the day and cat fished off the dock in the evening. Something to be aware of is the closest store is dollar general and not many places to grab food. We knew that and packed all our food, the kitchen is well stocked and easy to prepare meals there.

This is a great find! It was exactly the escape we were looking for, and I wouldn’t be surprised if we return someday. John was a great host all-around, and we felt right at home. Highly recommended.

What a lovely home on the river! The location was perfect. Very private and so peaceful. Would love to stay again in the future and will recommend to anyone who asks. It’s nice to still be near the water and water activities in Florida without having to deal with beach crowds, parking, and sand everywhere.

A wonderful, secluded oasis. Owls, turkeys, deer all right outside—really enjoyed it.

If you are looking for a unique place, look no further! We had a deer run off as we pulled up. Everything was very well maintained and clean to make our stay cozy and comfortable. 10 out of 10 recommend checking this hidden gem out, especially if you like the outdoors! The pictures don’t this place justice! We will definitely book again in the future when we are in the area!

An Exceptional Stay on the River! This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! The host truly went above and beyond — from the high-quality toiletries to the thoughtful touches throughout the space, everything felt a step above the usual. The setting by the river was peaceful and beautiful, and having access to the kayaks was a huge bonus. My family and I had such a great time exploring the water and relaxing in the serene surroundings. It was the perfect mix of comfort, adventure, and hospitality. We’re already talking about when we can come back. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful cabin set on a large property surrounded by woods and farmland. Has a dirt road that goes to a small landing area on the river. No dock. The cabin was well maintained, very clean, quite spacious, and well appointed. There is a screened in porch, a gazebo type outbuilding, and a large garage attached via a breezeway. Everything we needed was there in perfect condition. We enjoyed this wonderful cabin and hope to return next year!
