Apartment called Little house is perfect for 2 couples, family of 4 (5) or group of friends. Apartment is right on the beach, literally 5 m from the beach as you can see on the photo. Renewed house with 2 rooms and a balcony upstairs and from the windows respectively from the balcony there is a beautiful sea view. , 1 bathroom and kitchen with dinning area downstairs. There is a sofa in the ground floor where one more person can sleep. There is one aircondition downstairs and two aircondition upstairs. The apartment is fully and modern equipped. In the center of Čaklje, really convenient. The small settlement Čaklje is a part of the holiday town Podgora, which lies in the southern part of Central Dalmatia. This area is very popular thanks to the amazing mountain Biokovo with the highest mountain of St. George (sv. Jure) and with mediterranean flora and fauna. Čaklje is a picturesque resort with several restaurants lined with palm grove, and is suitable for families with young children and for those who do not seek night hustle of big resort. Grocery store, bakery, restaurants, coffee bars... all in the radius of 50 meters! The beach promenade from Podgora to Čakle is one of the most beautiful in Dalmatia. Along it you will find plenty of bars, pubs with seating by the sea, gift shops. In the center Čakle are several smaller restaurants for a pleasant stay. This small resort is recommended for a quiet holiday time. Ideal conditions for water sports are offered in nearby Podgora, where you can windsurf, sail, water ski and dive. For lovers of active sport is beach volleyball in Čakle. LOCAL ATTRACTIONS: Podgora has very good bus and taxi lines with Makarska, and from Podgora you can book an excursion to islands of Brač, Hvar, Korčula... Makarska Riviera is said to be the most beautiful part of Croatian coast for its pebbled beaches and the huge mountain almost touching the sea. Where else in the world you can swim in the sea and be at the top of the mountain /1762 m/in 90 mins? BIOKOVO MOUNTAIN stretches throughout the whole Makarska riviera and forms a beautiful and gigantic background for it - Mediterannean phennomenon; if you are lucky with the weather, from the top of the Biokvo (1762 m) you can see Italy as well as Bosnia and Herzegovina! Novo uređen studio apartman u prizemlju stambene kuće sa vlastitim ulazom. Nalazi se u blizini plaže sa restoranom, kafićem i dječjim igralištem (cca. 50 metara udaljenosti). Centar grada sa starom gradskom jezgrom i stara riva u sklopu koje je i trajektna luka se nalaze na dvjesto metara udaljenosti od apartmana. Besplatno parkiralište za aute je pred kućom i gosti ga mogu slobodno koristiti. Za nabavu svakodnevnih potrepština tu je i trgovina Lidl (cca. 200 m). Apartman ima besplatan Wi-Fi!

Moderno uređen dvoetažni studio apartman Kendi nalazi se u centru piktoresnog mjesta Sutivan na otoku Braču. Na donjoj etaži se nalazi wc sa kupatilom te kuhinja sa dnevnim boravkom. Gornju etažu čine krevet uz prekrasni komin koji daje poseban ugođaj te balkon sa pogledom na mjesto. Apartman se nalazi u samom centru Sutivana okružen tipično dalmatinskim kamenim kućama, svega 150 metara od rive i mora. Klimatiziran je, ima wi-fi te privatni parking.

A mixture of vintage and modern comfort, the apartment (Holiday House) in the heart of Old Town, located next to the sea and away from the town beach 10 min walk. In 2018, on the second floor we arranged a small night-time toilet for greater comfort. For the summer of 2019, we offer our guests an air conditioner in all the rooms in the house. From 2021, we offer our guests private, free of charge on street parking for one car some 200m from house.
