Hatem ist ein sehr netter und Hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Bei fragen hat er zu jeder Tageszeit innerhalb von Minuten geantwortet. Der gesamte Aufenthalt war sehr entspannend und angenehm, die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Das gesamte Gelände ist sehr ruhig und wirklich gepflegt. Besonders schön ist die Aussicht auf den Pool. Mit einem Golfauto welches man jederzeit zu sich rufen kann, kommt man einfach und schnell zum Strand oder in die Stadt. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Falls man Essen gehen möchte, ist direkt auf dem Gelände ein Restaurant (ebenfalls sehr schöne Lage) Unser Aufenthalt war Insgesamt wirklich sehr erholsam und wir würden jederzeit wieder gerne diese Unterkunft buchen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt hier aufjedenfall! Danke für alles Hatem (:

Жилье отличное. Все относительно новое, для жизни все есть. Горячая вода есть. Интернет медленный, но его хватает для базовых потребностей. Хозяин очень оперативно отвечает на все просьбы, просто чудесный парень. Жилье стоит своих денег.

Mieszkanie funkcjonalne i bardzo gustownie urządzone, wyposażone zostało we wszystko co potrzebne. Serdecznie polecam.

Nice and clean apartment, equipped with everything we needed. The apartment complex is also nice with 2 swimming pools, 24/7 security and lots of cute cats. It’s quite distant from the central areas of the city where all the activities are happening. Not many restaurants and shops nearby, only some sub par corner shops which are ok for basic stuff like cigarettes or water but for anything else you have to drive or take Uber.

Es war eine tolle Wohnung mit einer sehr guten Matratze so gut geschlafen hab ich nicht mal daheim. Der Pool ist sehr schon und die außen Anlage läd zum verweilen ein. Der Shuttle zu der Beach war sehr spontan und immer bereit einen wieder abzuholen, danke für die Organisation der einzelnen Transfers. Ich komme auf jedenfall wieder. Danke für den schönen Spot zur Erholung.

Od 11 lat jeżdżę do Egiptu i to był mój najlepszy pobyt w tym kraju! Miejsce jest przepiękne, okoliczni mieszkańcy bardzo przyjaźni-można poczuć się jak w rodzinie. Mieszkanie to posiada wszystkie najlepsze cechy 5* hotelu. Polecam z całego serca. Ja napewno wrócę tam na kolejne wakacje 😍

sehr tolles Appartement. perfekte Lage. direkt am Strand und Pool vorhanden. hania war super hilfreich und sympathisch. die Wohnung blitzsauber. Privatstrand mit liegen und Sonnenschirm ohne zusätzliche Kosten. der Strandabschnitt ist zwar klein, aber fein. und rechts und links sind sehr sehr viele weitere Strandmöglichkeiten. entweder ein bezahlter beach club oder freier Strandbereich zum liegen ohne Touris und Schirme und Liegen. bequemes Bett und zusätzliches 90cm Bett, Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer durch Vorhang getrennt. Warmwasser vorhanden, Küche und Balkon mit tollem Blick auf Meer, auf die Sehenswürdigkeit der Springbrunnen und die Wüste. Supermarkt, Cafés und Restaurants innerhalb 2-3 min zu Fuß erreichbar. allerdings ist gut zu wissen, dass es kein WLAN in der Wohnung gibt. in der Pizzeria im Haus gibt es WLAN, aber kein Empfang in der Wohnung. deswegen sollte man sich eine SIM-Karte am Flughafen organisieren.( ca. 10€)also kein problem, aber wichtig zu wissen.

Every time I stay I feel like it my home Your left to enjoy the area of talateen. Friends always comment how good the location and how clean . shops and restaurant are near and the sea is 5 min. walk . John and his team give value for money . Loved my stay .

اسلام كان سريع التواصل، المكان كان في مرمز المدينة كنت اذهب سيراً على الاقدام معضم الوقت. بالنسبة لي كان استقبال الضيوف امر مهم جداً وصاحب البيت لم يمانع بهاذ الشيء، بصراحة هاذ اهم شي كان بالنسبة لي. شعرت بالامان في ذالك المنزل

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt war immer nett und zuvorkommend. In der Wohnung war alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird. Super ist, dass die „Innenstadt“ zu Fuß super zu erreichen ist. Der Supermarkt ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt, genau wie alle Strände. Aufgrund unserer Reisezeit war es sehr ruhig und wir haben höchstens mal mit 2, 3 Leuten zusammen am Pool gelegen. Ein super schöner Ort zum entspannen. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder.

Mooie accommodatie met een fijn zwembad. Alles was aanwezig en de communicatie met Clarissa verliep erg goed. Vriendelijk en meedenkend. Zeker een aanrader.

My family and I had a wonderful time here. It's a great apartment in a secure building with a pool. Apartment had a washing machine, stove and full sized fridge. The hosts are very good too, responsive and flexible when we asked to extend our stay. We definitely recommend it!

This truly was the most incredible stay with the beautiful views, incredible and central location, and extremely safe place. I felt right at home and woke up every morning to the beautiful sea right outside the window. As for the place, it was very comfortable and was extremely clean. The location was amazing as well as it felt extremely safe, and was centrally located in Hurghada, on the Marina with a variety of things to do right by. I definitely recommend this stay 10/10! The right balance of what we were looking for. The apartment is in a residence, on top of the hill overlooking the sea, very quiet but only a few minutes away by taxi from the centre where local life, restaurants and shops are. A swimming pool is just steps away from the door, while to access the beach you have to walk down the hill, the only little downside, but that's the "price" for the view. There is a shuttle service during the day but we often took a walk. Esmail was very helpful and reactive all the time.
