Our farm is about 6 MI south of Hampton on a working farm. There is mile of gravel to get to our farm that is well maintained. We offer a guest house with 2 bedrooms. One has king bed and the other has a queen bed with single bunk above it. We also upon request provide single mattresses for extra guests. Large bathroom with shower and soaking tub. Complete kitchen. Coffee and bottled water provided. Our place has large outdoor area for lawn games and picnics. Great for family gatherings.

Moose Haus Lodge

This barn refinished into a rustic cabin will give you the feeling that you are in the middle of the woods while having the convenience of being in town. Located just minutes from downtown Clear Lake, the historic Surf Ballroom, and City Beach, this is the perfect get-away spot! A large upper loft makes this a great option for families with kids or a peaceful adult retreat. Pets are family... so we are pet friendly, but do add a $25 dollar pet fee (per pet) for the duration of your stay.

Right across the street from Iowa Specialty Hospital. Located on Main Street with off street parking in the rear.

The River View at Evergreen Hill

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Or book a longer stay while working on the area. River View is a 2100 sq. ft duplex. Originally built in the 50’s, the architecture will take you back in time and has been updated to keep the mid century charm! The BEST part is the amazing view. This River View sits on top of a bluff overlooking the Des Moines river and is beautiful all year round! **Fireplace DOES NOT operate**

Pattee’s Place - 2 bedrooms 2 bath

I welcome guests to a safe quiet neighborhood. This is a cape cod style home with Bedroom 1 on main level and Bedroom 2 on second floor. Please note, there is no bathroom on the second floor. The kitchen, dining area, full bath and comfortable living room are also on main level. The laundry and additional 3/4 bath are located in basement. I do not charge a cleaning fee at this time.

This remodeled 2 bedroom/2 bath with dine in kitchen has lake access and its own private dock with swimming platform. It is within walking distance to Clarmond Country Club, Lake Cornelia Park and a public beach.

A quiet small town getaway close to the grotto, town pool, shops, parks, and more. This suite includes 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, full kitchen & living room. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds with a twin on the top and a full on the bottom. Just a note, we do not have a TV but do offer free WIFI. **There are quite a few stairs going up to the apartment.

Built in 1892 this house ranks in the top 15 eldest homes in Pocahontas. Much of the original character has been kept with modern updates like central air/heat and Wi-Fi. Original hardwood floors with updated appliances. All furniture is brand new, including memory foam beds. You'll love spending time with friends and family in quiet Pocahontas.
