Fully stocked kitchen with plates, pans, silverware and assorted small electrics as well as microwave, pizza oven, and stove and full size fridge. Living space includes table, couch, and chairs for seating. New mini split.

Many local biking and hiking trails to explore, including the “rails to trails” Heartland paved bicycle trail that runs from Park Rapids to Bemidji State Park.
