Beautiful big house with a wonderful interior. Everything is as in the photo. Very clean. Huge bathroom, gorgeous library. Great view of the mountains from the terrace. Projector with a good picture. You can go hiking right from the house. There is a place where you can make a fire. There are a couple of small shops nearby. Overall, I recommend it.

everything was great . close to cascade. the sound of metro ends after 00:00. so not a big deal . The garden was serene. house was super clean

Nariné's place was really good ! we were 4, the rooms were good, the appartment had a stunning view on Mount Ararat and really 2 minutes from Cascade. Nariné was also a great host, very helpful and responsive!

Excellent place and excellent communication with the hosts! The house was super for 4 persons, very clean and nicely decorated! Plenty of space and as it was snowing during our days there, that made our stay very special! Overall a great experience!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage . Ist aber nicht für jemanden, der schlecht zu Fuß sei , viele Treppen. Sehr ruhige Lage , trotzdem sehr zentral und einen sehr liebe und freundliche Gastgeberin, wir dürfen sogar morgens um 6:00 Uhr einchecken, vielen Dank nochmal dafür.

Our stay with Tigran was absolutely flawless. The property was spotless, well equipped, and exactly as described, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. Communication was prompt and friendly, making check in a breeze – we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

The accommodation is very comfortable and has everything you need for a stay. Everything is very neat and clean. Ana is an extremely kind and accommodating person. We had problems finding the accommodation because on airbnb it says one address, and Ana gave us another address that we couldn't find at all because there is no street sign or house number. Ana kindly came to pick us up by car. If you come by car, it should be noted that there is no parking in the accommodation as it says in the description, but there is parking on the street if you find a free space. It is also not a self check-in, but you will be greeted and escorted by the host. Take into account that unpleasant odors may come from the drain in the bathroom. Many thanks to Ana for her hospitality. We had a great time and I recommend the accommodation.

We spent a wonderful two weeks at Edgar's flat and thoroughly enjoyed it! The apartment is spacious, comfortable and cozy and has everything we needed. Everything is very clean and neat. The location is also convenient, next to the bus stop, from where you can easily get to the center. And two great parks nearby for walking (we were with a dog and it was especially relevant). Edgar was always in touch, very attentive and caring host, thank him very much. Definitely recommend!

Mein Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war absolut großartig! Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig, zentral und alles gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Ich habe mich von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top. Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar – besser geht’s wirklich nicht. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Der Duschkopf ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und der Wasserstrahl könnte gerne etwas stärker sein. Das ist aber nur eine kleine Anmerkung in einem sonst rundum perfekten Aufenthalt. Ich komme auf jeden Fall gerne wieder – eine klare Empfehlung!

I stayed at this apartment for two months, and it was an excellent experience. The apartment had all the amenities I needed, and its location was ideal—close to the city center yet in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. Ara was incredibly responsive and helpful, even answering questions unrelated to Airbnb. He went out of his way to buy a new pot for my cooking needs and replaced the blanket sheets upon request. If I return to beautiful Yerevan, I will definitely rent this place again. Highly recommended!

We had an incredible time here (5 weeks). This is a super modern apartment in a new building in a quiet, peaceful, safe, and less polluted area of Yerevan (higher in elevation by a few hundred meters compared to the center where all of the air pollution collects). The photos correspond exactly to how the apartment looks in real life, so I will only mention what you can't see in the photos. The bed's mattress is quite comfortable (not too hard and not too soft), even though it's just a double bed. The couch and chairs are very comfortable. All of the appliances (heating, water, washing machine, drying machine [!!!], coffee machine, toaster, microwave, blender, espresso machine [!!!], etc.) were super new and worked perfectly. Food delivery and taxi apps worked very well. The host Anna was absolutely outstanding!!! She was prompt and helped us with any questions or requests we had. She even installed *additional* dark window blinds upon our request, which was amazing for us night owls.

Het was moeitewaard. Woning van Marina was ruim, opgeruimd schoon en voorzien van alle belangrijke benodigdheden voor een comfortabel verblijf. Door afwezigheid van Marina werden wij door haar ouders heel waarm verwelkomd en geholpen om geïnstalleerd te worden, waarvoor hartelijk dank. Alle beddengoed en handdoeken waren in overvloed en heel schoon. Badkamer en keuken kon iets beter schoongemaakt worden. In de keuken was bijna alles beschikbaar om een thuisgevoel te kunnen krijgen. Woning was op 2e verdieping (3e etage) van een 19 verdieping nieuwbouw flat. Er waren ook liften aanwezig en hele gebouw werd door camera's en bewakers beveiligd. Er was ook een supermarkt vlakbij het gebouw aanwezig dat boodschappen heel makkelijk maakte. Kortom moeitewaard.

Pros: - Modern, stylish apartment in good condition - Microwave oven (the host brought it to me after my request) - Washing machine - AC - Balcony - Gas heating system (with radiators) - Location (a lot of supermarkets, restaurants and stores nearby) - Good, kind, friendly, polite, attentive host Cons: - Not so spacious inside (but enough) - It can be pretty cold inside in the winter sometimes - The first floor (but where the windows are, it's already on the second floor (the house is on a slope)) - A little number of pans - A little bit uncomfortable table (it's smaller than you think) - Location (it's the edge of the city; no subway station) - No free cleaning service included

Very nice place near the city center, the residential complex is very calm and safe. There were available parking spots right in front of the building. The host was very responsive at all times and helped us with everything. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Arpine's place. Its <10 minute from the skiing resort and market, additionally you can find a snacks store in the building itself. Apartment was clean and organized.

We really liked the apartment. Each bedroom has its own spacious bathroom, and two of the rooms have large windows with city views. The apartment is well-equipped not just for a short stay, but for a longer one as well — it has everything from pots and pans to cleaning supplies. There’s also a washing machine, a large garment steamer, and an iron. The location is excellent — just a 3-minute walk to the Cascade: we was definitely in the center of the city, but in quite private and peaceful area. There were seven of us, and we did feel that the common area (guest room) could use more seating — a larger couch or a couple of armchairs would’ve been great. Overall, highly recommend this place!

The apartment was wonderful and exactly as described. Very spacious, cozy, and beautifully designed. It honestly feels like the best option on Airbnb in this area. We felt right at home. Irina was incredibly responsive and answered all our questions quickly. The location was also super convenient. We’d definitely love to come back!

Chant and Hacob are really friendly! The home is in a beatiful area of Yerevan, near by walk to the center! Hope to come back early! :)
