Cozy 2 bedroom home is located directly on the Kokosing river thought to translate from the Algonquin Indians and mean “River of the Little Owls.” The cabin is a short distance to Kenyon College, Apple Valley lake, Ohio Amish country and tons and tons of great parks, hiking trails, bike trails and hunting. We are pet friendly, dogs only. ($50 per stay, maximum 2 dogs).

This small home is beautiful furnished and has everything you need. This property has a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and one bedroom. It is also located on the Kokosing Gap bike trail. There is also canoe access to the Kokosing River just around the corner. We have storage on site for your bikes, canoes or kayaks.

We are in the middle of an Amish community with country dirt/gravel roads, amish, buggies, hills and valleys, gorgeous sunsets across the ridge views, neighboring Amish Farm in the valley below. You may see horses or cows roaming the fields. So just relax in the hot tub or visit a nearby bakery, venture out or stay in to grill and chill.
