We were a three-generation family of 5 who had a truly great stay here. It was super clean and has character. We were happy for the coffee, ease of parking, and local places to go. Was so great to be in a lovely neighborhood that was a short drive to the National Mall. Nathan was helpful, friendly, and responsive. Kids loved the board games. Thank you so much for a fantastic DC trip!!

Stayed here with my parents and my daughter and we all had a lovely time and really enjoyed Bruce’s house. The house is very spacious, with nice and very appropriate furnishings and gave us a lot of space to spread out as well as get together. The location is also perfect, right off the Main Street, with quite a few restaurants nearby (we loved White Rabbit) and the parking spot just behind the house made it easy to drive everywhere else. We used the grill a few times, and cooked in the kitchen as well and there was plenty of pots and utensils and such for all of that. Beds were comfortable and house stayed cool so we didn’t need the AC but was nice to have. All in all, definitely a great 8 nights here and would stay again if in the area.

Gladys place was perfect for our group's school trip. We traveled in a group of 6 people and it was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. We used public transportation daily and it was easy to navigate. Approximately 20-25 minute drive towards Capitol Hill and approximately 45 minutes to an hour for the public transportation route. The home looks just like the pictures and was very clean. Gladys was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed.

His place has everything you would need. There were lots of snacks that were left for us, as well as kitchen basics for cooking. Lots of toiletries in case you forgot something.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect—super convenient, just a short walk to downtown and the convention center, making it ideal for both leisure and business. The place was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and well-stocked with everything I needed, from kitchen essentials to fresh towels. The keyless entry with the door code was a breeze, making check-in and out seamless. The host was incredibly proactive, communicative, and quick to respond to any questions, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience. I’d highly recommend this listing to anyone visiting the area—can’t wait to book again!

Brandon’s place was great. It was perfect for our anniversary getaway. The hot tub was clean. The house was clean. We very much enjoyed our time at this place and in the city.

Stayed with my kids (5 & 9) and the amenities and location were awesome. My kids loved feeling like locals, the neighborhood is cute and friendly. Only call outs were that the towels seemed very well used and you need to ask for a parking permit well in advance for street parking. Otherwise, was great!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Laurie's home! It was a great location and the home matched the description. We had everything we could have asked for and more, and Laurie was a great host. Would definitely stay there again!

Mavis was a great host. The place was very clean, quiet, and spacious. Very close to Merriweather Post Pavilion so it was very convenient to catch a concert there. I would stay again in the future.

The location worked for me. I could get to Shady Grove Station to go to work and get necessary groceries at a Saveway, all by walking. Patrick was very helpful to recommend where to eat and to buy groceries. He also found an umberalla for me when it was about to rain.

Patti is very friendly and thoughtful, she responds very quickly and sincerely. The location is very convenient, there are a supermarket and some restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean, quiet, and organized, and the sports facilities are professional. We enjoyed living in the house.

Patricia has a wonderfully charming and inviting home. She was responsive thru text and extremely pleasant to talk to in person. Highly recommend this stay!

Anne's place was great for a long term stay. The location was great, it's in a safe, quiet neighborhood where I was able to enjoy many evening walks. It's not far from shopping, dining, gyms, etc. Other positives: everything was clean. She has a cleaner come and makes sure that the bathrooms and common areas are taken care of, and the bedroom if you want it. Having a private bathroom is a huge bonus. Well-equipped kitchen and comfortable common areas. Anne herself is super responsive and nice to talk to. Some things that I thought could be better, but doesn't affect the quality of her place: the room was smaller than I expected. I stayed for almost three months, and there was limited closet space/overall space for things. A lot of the closet was taken up with spare pillows, bedding that I wish was stored elsewhere. Anne is understandably strict with guests, but this was tough as I was staying for a long time and it felt a little lonely at times. Oversall, I would recommend!

I had an amazing experience staying at Davida's apartment. The place was exactly as described, clean, and well-maintained. Davida was incredibly hospitable and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the apartment had all the amenities I could ask for, including a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a comfortable bed. Overall, I highly recommend staying at Davida's place. It was a delightful experience, and I would definitely book again in the future.

Daniel is an excellent host and will go an extra mile to assist you. The place can get a little bit too cold, but it's very-well located.

Eva was friendly during stay. She always communicated back when I reached out to her. I appreciated the open communication and the hospitality. I The breakfast she offered was genuinely appreciated. I rested good during my stay. You can lock bedroom from the inside but not the outside. You have your own key code to front door to come and go as you please. Overall, I will definitely consider her place in the future. Thanks again.

Highly recommend, it's a very nice neighborhood, and home self check-in, responsive, very neat, good host and responsive to messages, They also give you your privacy. Room has microwave, fridge, tv etc. I enjoyed my stay

Beautiful home! We visited for a music festival so were only there at night/early morning but were able to find our room with ease. Check-in was easy and we had everything we needed for our stay (doors and cabinets were labeled so made this easier) Would recommend for anyone visiting this area!

Eva is without a question a host you want to keep in mind whenever you travel by laurel. You feel right at home and you'll never feel like an stranger. If am ver close by or passing by I will surely stay there
