Great time. Great location. This was our second leg of Easter break. Choose this novelty for its location and hot tub😀. We came into town early for College Rugby Nationals at Maryland SoccerPlex. My husband and I explored! Just a 35 minute drive to the fields and 35 minutes to mountain fun. Bonus!!! A great local town filled with history. Loved NOLA for breakfast and had amazing adult time at local winery BIG. Very dog friendly neighborhood and home. Loved all the games and comfortable dining area for family time. Recommend you bring a robe for hot tub! Everything else was provided in abundance.

This place was just perfect for my friends and I to relax and getaway for my birthday! The furnishings and decor made us feel at home. The neighborhood was tranquil and a couple minutes to the supermarket which was convenient. We can’t wait to book Melissa’s place again in the future. She was a wonderful host!

Perfect place for our stay in Germantown. Very cozy and the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware. Plenty of rooms for everyone to have their own space and also the family room was big enough for everyone to hang out together.

Staying here made our family wedding stay away from home, a very memorable and fun weekend for the whole family. Muvh better than being stuck in a hotel with lots of kids!!

Justin's house was such a great spot for a fun weekend trip with friends and our kids. The space was warm and inviting, very clean, and had great amenities. Justin was also incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout, helping to make it a great visit.

This is a beautiful clean and safe home with plenty of space and accommodations like washer n dryer and full marble kitchen. The bust stop is less than a 5 mins walk and overall I had a great time here. Thank you!

Absolutely Amazing Stay! This place was everything we hoped for and more! Beautifully designed, super clean, and packed with thoughtful touches that made it feel like a true luxury escape. The bed was insanely comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the whole space just felt so relaxing. Our favorite part was the hot tub surrounded by fairy lights! The location was perfect—close to downtown bars and restaurants but still peaceful and private. The hosts were amazing, super responsive, and clearly put a lot of care into making this a five-star experience. We didn’t want to leave and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Drs. Ken & Sam were some of the best hosts I’ve had! They were extremely friendly, flexible, and provided very thorough instructions. They offered great amenities and provided a continental breakfast as well! They strived to go above and beyond to accommodate us and even joined us for conversation at breakfast. The estate is to die for and we would be more than happy to book with them again!
