This apartment was central to both NASA and the boardwalk. Didn’t take us more than 15 min to get anywhere we wanted to go. But I do think it’s misleading to say this unit is waterfront. You can’t see the water and have to walk past at least 40 other apartments to get to the water. Yes it’s NEAR the water but if you want to be waterfront this is not the unit for you. We had come from two other truly water front Airbnb’s before this one so was bummed about that. The apartment is older and it’s on a super busy road (the tv had to be on blaring to hear over the road noise) but we didn’t struggle sleeping so that’s good. It rained the whole time we were there and still had plenty to do in the area. We did indoor pickle ball, bowling & batting cages. I think for an inexpensive NEAR water apartment this is a good choice. But if you want ON water don’t book this unit. Host was super responsive and allowed an early check in which we appreciated a lot!

I have stayed at an apartment hosted by Comfortable Living Rentals on multiple occasions and have never been disappointed. The host is very responsive, the apartments are very well represented in the pictures posted, and the Post Oak Park Drive location is excellent.

The place was great for what I needed. Dave and Val helped with everything that I needed. Kitchen is kinda small if you cook a lot but I made do. Thanks again for a great stay.

It’s close to everything, many things like good restaurants, good breakfast only places, etc., were within walking distance. The actual town is quaint, antique stores, small businesses. I would definitely recommend it to first timers, and to seasoned veteran travelers. Sam runs a first class, airbnb

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The property is beautifully situated right on the water, offering breathtaking views and a peaceful atmosphere. The fishing pier was perfect. It was will lit, so perfect for night fishing. The pool was spotless. The hot tub was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring and fishing. The home itself was impeccably clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Mitzi attentive and responsive, ensuring our experience was top-notch from start to finish. She even made us fresh blueberry muffins to start our weekend! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and recharge. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!We’re already planning our next visit!

Sandra was a great host! Great response times. Place was spotless & we had everything that we needed from pots pans utensils linen bath towels etc. If I need to again definitely will book Sandra!

What can I say besides being at a affordable price, the host is great. I had to arrive early and he was so nice to allow me to arrive before the check-in time. He is very helpful, very responsive. Every message I sent him, he would respond within 10 minutes tops. The place is just perfect for what we needed. It is only 1 bedroom but oh so spacious. Has the basic amenities, coffee maker, pots and pans, utensils and plates, napkins. I travel for work so I carry my cooking spices and cooking utensils with me but it is a very clean, spacious place. The apartments may look outdated but Vince has updated his place to a more modern look so that was nice. I would and will definitely look for him again if the need arises. We were surprised with how much this unit offers. There’s an area under the main house filled with fun things for our grandsons. This includes a very cosy place around a fire table, a large tv and uniques tables and chairs - that scream “cocktail party” with family and friends. Just so pleasant to sit down there relaxing every night. We’ll be back.

Anthony was a great host. He was very responsive and proactive regarding issues the cleaners found before we check in.

So my family and I were moving to Texas and we were having our cars transported and were there a day earlier than expected and we weren’t in the area yet. Marina went out of her way to find a solution to get our cars shipped safely and trusted us the keys earlier than her usual to put our cars shipped safely keys in the same lockbox. I am very grateful for her going the extra mile. Made our stay well worth it. Besides the extra accommodation, the pictures don’t do justice to the beautiful home. My family loved it including our fur baby. It was just what we needed to live comfortably. I wanted to extend a few days but it was already booked for others. Which is totally okay! I hope they appreciate the home as much as we did. Thank you Marina for the opportunity!

We wanted some RnR and we got it. Privacy was excellent. Lovely place.

The property is beautiful and scenic, not a ton going on outside the immediate lot but that’s to be expected for the area they are located. All amenities were accurately described. James and Aaron were very communicative throughout the weekend and acted quickly when we needed assistance. For other guests booking this property just be aware that booking the house does not give you exclusive access to the outdoor area - dock, pool, courts etc.

Excellent home, excellent stay! We will stay again if we get the chance. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfy. We had everything we needed. Our kids loved the arcade machine upstairs and had a blast for our weekend stay.

That place

Had a wonderful stay. Plenty of space to spread out and relax. Enjoyed watching movies on the projector screen during a rainy day. Had a wonderful dinner at the Lake Houston Brewery. Enjoyed the view of the lake most of all.

I stayed about a month for work, this is by far the best air bnb I have ever stayed at! Mike and mistie were very responsive and very helpful for any issues or questions we ran into! Would absolutely love to come back again!
