Bon logement, conforme et adéquat pour une nuit, au sous sol d une maison familiale. Le seul point à savoir est que si vous mesurez plus d'1m85 environ, vous toucherez presque le plafond ! 🙂

Die Unterkunft ist so schön wie auf den Bildern. Die Küche ist hochwertig und wirkt sehr neu. Auch die anderen Möbel wirken sehr neu und gepflegt. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist wunderschön grün. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig, was für uns genau der Grund der war. Ich würde und werde wieder kommen! 5*

Hier hebben we een geweldig verlengd weekend gehad! Pal in het centrum van Malmedy, verswinkel aan overkant van de straat, bakker en restaurants op wandelafstand. Appartement zelf is niets op aan te merken, alles tip top! Communicatie met de hosts verliep heel vlot, vriendelijk en steeds een snelle reactie. Hier komen we graag terug!

Verblijf is beter dan op de foto’s. Super leuke locatie in de stad te verkennen of om te vertrekken op je wandeling. Heel snelle en duidelijke communicatie ! Top!

Excellent stay and great value for money. The property is as described and the pictures are accurate. Clean, comfortable and felt a safe space. The property is not in central Liege, but there is a bus stop two minutes walking which takes around 20 minutes to get into the centre and also stops right outside the train station. There is technically no parking, but the surrounding streets are ‘green zones’, meaning parking is free of charge providing you are not causing an obstruction. There are tram lines outside the property, but they have not gone ‘live’ yet (April 2025) so you can park right outside if you wish. Access to the property was straight forward, with the lock box access code given prior to arrival. The host was very responsive to questions and came across very friendly. The surrounding area does not have much going on in terms of bars. There is a lovely burger restaurant around the corner called Din’O Burger which I would recommend, they also deliver. Would stay again!

Chez Mailis tout est fait pour passer des moments reposant en toute tranquillité dans un écrin de verdure proche de toutes les facilités d accès et d escapades. (Culinaires, sorties,…)

Mooie locatie in een rustig dorp. Ideaal voor wandelingen (opletten in het jachtseizoen!) Parking voor 3 wagens, modern comfortabel huis met de nodige voorzieningen. De verhuurder was helder in zijn communicatie.

Maison spacieuse, chouettement décorée. Équipement complet et de qualité. Village calme et bucolique permettant de belles balades. Bain nordique agréable pour se retrouver en famille. Nombreux commerces à proximité.

Charmante maison de campagne et grand jardin, avec tout le confort plus quelques petites attentions. Parfait pour découvrir les Hautes Fagnes. Les propositions de randonnées et balades à pied ou à vélo sont vraiment les bienvenues. On en a vraiment profité avec nos deux filles. On recommande !

We had a really pleasant stay at this Apartment. Laurence is a really nice and friendly host. The Apartment is nice and cozy and exactly how she described it. We really enjoyed staying at the pool. Its nice and clean and the poolshed was good for chilling. We really can recommend this Airbnb to calm down relax and have a good time. Thanks to Laurence and her lovely Family

Marie-Thérèse and Andre were a great friendly hosts. The have a very charming and spacious house. We have a great time staying at there place. Children were having so much fun. They have sweet pets Minou the cat and Basti the dog. They also have 2 horses and 2 goats. I feel nostalgic from my childhood memories. It feels like home. It was a very nice unforgettable memories. Thank you so much. I highly recommend the place.

Tres beau logement idéal pour un week-end en famille ou avec des amis. Le logement est grand, les lits sont très confortables. La cuisine est également bien équipée.

Wat een fantastische ervaring! De woning was werkelijk prachtig en tip-top in orde. Er was voldoende ruimte en een goed uitgeruste keuken. Onze jonge kinderen waren helemaal weg van de speelruimte en hebben zich daar een hele week fantastisch uitgeleefd. Alles was zeer proper en de bedden lagen comfortabel. Dik de moeite waard. Wij zijn zeer tevreden!

hôtes très sympathique. Bonne communication dès le début. j'ai loué le lieux pour un shooting photo et tout le monde était ravis. Les hôtes ont également été arrangeant quant aux horaires pour les shooting. Merci.

Pour une première expérience BnB, je n'ai pas du tout été déçu. Sergio est un hôte amical, souriant, toujours à votre écoute et avec qui vous pourriez parler pendant des heures. L'appartement est propre, à proximité des magasins et dans un coin très calme de la ville. La seule petite ombre au tableau (mais qui est totalement indépendante de Sergio) est la pénibilité de l'ouverture des serrures. On peut y passer parfois plusieurs minutes avant de réussir à ouvrir l'une des 2 portes obligatoires pour accéder à son chez-soi. Il est urgent que le propriétaire de l'immeuble intervienne. Sur ce, j'ai bientôt une bière à boire avec Sergio :-)

We had a comfortable stay at this Airbnb. The furniture was clean, in good condition, and sufficient for our needs. The house was well-equipped, with everything we needed readily available. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the private parking was a great convenience. The view from the property was lovely, and the heating worked perfectly, keeping us cozy. The sofa bed was good for sitting, but for sleeping, it wasn’t very comfortable—it made noise and wasn’t in the best shape. The bedroom, however, was comfortable and well-suited for a good night’s sleep. Overall, it’s a nice place with plenty of positive aspects.
