5* Idyllic Rural Retreat sleeps 4 with a treehouse

Guests comfort comes first. Nestled in picturesque countryside (M20/M26 Shops/Trains 5 mins) Two Interior designed en-suite rooms, 4 acre grounds. Treehouse. Private road adjoins 2,000 acres woodland walks/cycling. Great Location. Beautifully presented, bang-on-trend. Heavenly beds, sitting room to relax in, separate work space, Nespresso, tea etc. Hospitality fridge with daily complimentary milk, juice. Netflix. Mezzanine sleeping deck for teenager. Not suitable for children under 12 yrs.

Garden View Annex Private Free parking River walks

Take a gentle walk from here along the Thames Path to historic National Trust Runnymede, with its tea shop, many monuments to Magna Carta and beautiful outdoor art works. Less than 2 miles from The Long Walk, explore Windsor and the Castle or visit Saville Garden in the Great Park. We're also close to Legoland. Old Windsor has lots of places to eat (see guidebook) all in walking distance, we're surrounded by beautiful walks and we're also on the direct bus route to Windsor and Heathrow.

Large guest house

The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

Cosy 1 bed Guest Suite Esher private entrance

A cosy modern ground floor 1 bed (sofa bed) within our lively family home, with all the basics including own en suite shower room /wc and TV. It is the perfect place for a short stay. There is a small counter to make drinks and small meals including mini fridge freezer and microwave oven. Alternatively if you are preparing a big meal you can use the family kitchen just text me in advance so i can unlock the door and remove our to friendly /energetic dogs. Guest are welcome to use the gas BBQ

Island View Beach Suite. Lee On the Solent beach

Delightful One bedroom self contained, self catering suite with private entrance, ensuite, kitchenette with a mini fridge, a microwave, a toaster, kettle, Complimentary tea and coffee on arrival. Full cutlery, plates, cups etc, smart tv, wifi, central heating. Large shower, wc, sink, cabinet with mirror, towel rail. Directly across from the beach and public carpark. Lee on the Solent has shops, cafes, Indian, Chinese, and a Turkish restaurant, which is a 15-minute walk on the beach path.

Quirky cozy garden room available in the heart of the South Downs. This newly refurbished space boasts it own private entrance nestled within a beautiful secluded garden. The property itself provides studio living with a comfortable double bed, television (Netflix & free sat channels), wardrobe and fitted bathroom. Please note there are no kitchen/cooking facilities at this property, however tea/coffee making facilities are provided together with a fridge to store your picnic essentials!

Adorable separate private room with bathroom

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. This adoreable suite has its own enterance to the back of the house and is completely seperate for your own privacy. Off road parking is available at all times. The suite has its own bathroom with shower, sink basin and toilet.Also offer tea and coffee facilities in your room. We are located on the 14 bus route which takes you directly into Brighton.The bus stops are literally right outside and run every 15 minutes.

The property is a loft conversion on the first floor of our bungalow, nestled in Portslade village, overlooking the park. It offers spacious open plan living area and is perfect for couples, who need only one bed. We welcome all couples of every gender combination. The area comprises of: 22m square open plan small living area with sofa, chair and TV, hanging space, Fast Wi-Fi. Kitchenette with dining table to eat.
