This beautifully remodeled Old Town home is only 3 blocks from the heart of Old Town Fort Collins. Park your car at the house and walk to all of the shops, restaurants, breweries and nightlife! Located on the most prestigious street in Old Town, Mountain Avenue. You could spend hours people watching from the huge front windows as the walkers, bikers and the historic trolley car go past. Hop on one of our 6 bikes available and tour the town further! CSU, Lincoln Center and Poudre Trail near by.

Come stay in our super clean, cozy, newly remodeled, and private Old Town carriage house with unique outdoor kitchen! We are less than a mile from the new CSU stadium, an easy 5 minute bike ride to downtown FC, and blocks away from several coffee shops, restaurants, and breweries. Explore the area on one of our two cruiser bikes or take a drive into the mountains for a day of hiking and rafting. We have lived in FC for over 20 years and would love to help you plan your visit. Enjoy boating, surfing, water skiing, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, biking, and hiking in a relaxed atmosphere just steps from the water and the trails! The property features a well-stocked kitchen, outdoor grill, gas fire pit, deck, patio, hot tub, pull-through driveway, paddleboards, and a kayak! Enjoy our local Horsetooth Tavern for food and music, or head into Old Town Fort Collins for the nightlife!

Cozy & Stylish Home near Lake Loveland

Modern updated home with a beautiful kitchen for family cooking and meals. The living spaces are open allowing for togetherness during your stay. A soft leather seating arrangement is comfortable for watching the TV (antenna or BYO streaming service) or listening to music on the soundbar. If you need privacy, 2 of the bedrooms have their own smart TVs so you can watch your favorite streaming service (BYO) or just take it easy on the comfortable mattress. A desk is available in the Master.

Convenient mid-town Ft Collins location. Private, separate living space from our home, studio with with bathroom, mini-fridge, TV, and private entrance. Located at the end of a friendly cul-de-sac. Near CSU campus, the new football stadium and a short bike ride to Old Town Fort Collins. A friendly yellow lab lives in the main house, along with a cat, 2 adults, and 2 kids. (However, our animals are not permitted in the rental space.)
