Old Town Carriage House - near CSU and Old Town!

Come stay in our super clean, cozy, newly remodeled, and private Old Town carriage house with unique outdoor kitchen! We are less than a mile from the new CSU stadium, an easy 5 minute bike ride to downtown FC, and blocks away from several coffee shops, restaurants, and breweries. Explore the area on one of our two cruiser bikes or take a drive into the mountains for a day of hiking and rafting. We have lived in FC for over 20 years and would love to help you plan your visit. Fully licensed.

Luxury home with 3 bedrooms + bonus room + office

Be our guest! Great mid-century home in one of the most sought-after neighborhoods in Fort Collins. This home is well equipped with all the essentials and more. It is tastefully decorated and recently remodeled. Come relax in the hot tub and kick back at the gas fire pit. The backyard is fun for kids with a play structure and trampoline with safety net. No cleaning, stripping beds, dishes, or other expectations required of guests. Walk to the stadium, CSU and peaceful spring creek trail.

Lola House! Cozy Comfort, Prime Old Town Location

This beautiful, light-filled space with floor to ceiling windows, 10 ft. ceilings, and original exposed brick is fresh and warm with a calming palette and elegant decor. You will love the stylish designer touches, plush mattresses in each room and the lux bathroom with a walk-in shower. Plus, there is plenty of comfortable seating in this downtown oasis! This 3 bed, 4 bath house is just 40 minutes west of Ft. Collins and 20 minutes from Red Feather Lakes! Surround yourself with nature as you approach the retreat! We truly believe these views are some of the best in Colorado! We offer plenty of entertainment.
