This is a really nice unit with a lovely view, particularly from the deck. We found it to be very quiet (few units occupied on weekday nearby), might be busier other times of year. Super close (10 min or so) to RMNP entrances. We saw lots of deer in fields between the home and the lake. Kitchen was super well stock and coffee was provided. The complexes pool was drained when we were there, but not a big deal to us. Comfy beds, nice linens. Our kids loved playing the games in the front hall closet. We’d definitely return!

I was nervous about using an Airbnb again after a bad experience a couple years ago. I’m so glad I gave the service another chance. This place met and exceeded my family’s expectations. This was perfect for our weeklong stay. My kids (5months and 3yo) had plenty of safe room to play. The hosts were so helpful and hospitable. Perfect experience.

Hannah’s place was great for us to spend a few days in Longmont. The location was close to hikes and everything we wanted to do. Her guidebook was very helpful and we went to Summit Tacos more than once! So good! We got to enjoy the hammock for relaxation but didn’t get to use the firepit although we appreciated that we had it as an option. The record player was a nice touch that we haven’t seen in other places and we enjoyed spinning records when getting ready for the day. Overall we would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved this place! In great location, with it being very quiet and close to everything. Perfect amount of space inside and outside on the deck for 4 of us! Host was very quick to text us back with questions and was super nice about it. Definitely recommend staying here!

Spacious and clean house with a fully stocked kitchen in a quiet neighborhood. Adam responded quickly when we had questions. My family and I would definitely stay here again!

Loved the privacy of the backyard. On the LOBO walking trails. Twin Lakes close enough to walk around. Nice location between Longmont and Boulder/Denver. Ksenia is there if you need but gives you the privacy you need and want too. I would stay there again! 🥰

I had a very nice stay here, and Steven was very easy to communicate with and work with. It’s a really nice home with a great kitchen and downstairs and very comfortable nicely set up bedrooms upstairs, plus a nice work area.

We had a wonderful stay at Philip and Larissa’s beautiful, cozy home during the high school state basketball tournaments. The location was perfect—just a few blocks from Old Town, restaurants, and grocery stores. Our kids especially enjoyed the toys, mini-golf, and DVD selection. The house was a great size for our family of six, and we truly appreciated being able to bring our pet. We would love to stay here again! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us

The perfect place to stay in Greeley. The house has everything you could need and the backyard is great for dogs. I will definitely book again next time I am in the area.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Adam's one-bedroom basement apartment in Ft. Collins! From the moment we arrived, Adam was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He provided clear and detailed instructions on how to access the property, and he even took the time to personally show us around, making sure we would be comfortable and answering all our questions. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a cozy, homey feel. The bedroom, living room, and bathroom were all very clean and well-organized. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, making it a great spot to unwind. I would highly recommend this charming property to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Ft. Collins. We would definitely stay here again!

Annelies's place was AMAZING! She has been one of the best hosts we have had and included everything you could ask for during your stay- even things we didn't think we needed until we were there! We had 8 family members staying for Christmas and there was plenty of room, blankets, seating, etc. for everyone to gather, eat and play games. It is just up the road from a grocery store so we were able to stock up and it was so close to town that we had our pick of great restaurants and things to do. It's only a few miles from Rocky Mountain National Park with it's beauty and fabulous hikes. Even in the winter! Annalies was communicative and helpful throughout our stay. There were so many helpful suggestions about the area and very clear directions about the house itself. We felt so welcomed and at home. Everyone agreed it was one of our favorite Christmas gatherings. Thank you Annalies!

My family and I had a wonderful Christmas at Ravit's rental! The house was decorated for the holidays (both Christmas and Hanukkah), which was such a lovely touch. We loved the location. Being right on the river was very nice, and it was close to both Rocky Mountain NP and downtown Estes Park. Ravit responded quickly to any questions we had. And the check-out process was very reasonable. We especially appreciated that he house smelled faintly of lavender when we arrived. It was very relaxing. Plenty of towels! The beds were comfy. There was plenty of seating for the four of us in the living room. And the fireplace was really nice.

This is the second time that my family and I have stayed at the Dreamy Cactus House. The house is perfect for friends and/or family wanting to share accommodations in the FOCO area. There's ample space for everyone to hang out together, but the layout also allows for guests to go off on their own and work, nap, read a book, or whatever. We love the kitchen, with its modern appliances and everything essential to cooking a good meal (spices, quality pots and pans, etc.). The bedding is luxurious, the house is spotless-clean, and the decor and furnishings are bright, modern and cozy. On top of that, Brett and Ginger are very responsive hosts, happy to answer questions about the area or the house itself. I highly recommend the Dreamy Cactus House and look forward to staying there again in the future.

We enjoyed our stay. Beds are comfortable and everything was super clean. We didn’t spend much time there as we had a baseball tournament but was thankful for the wonderful place to crash at night and recharge.

Yingying is a very responsive host who communicated every small detail we needed to help enjoy the place to full. This place is very modern in it's setup and furnishings. Couldn't get enough of the view of the surroundings. We needed a couple of things that we felt were needed to help make more comfortable, and she responded immediately without question or hesitation. Wonderful

We very much enjoyed our stay! We weren’t looking for anything fancy or over the top, and Maisie’s Garden offered us a pet friendly location on a quiet street just out of town. It is a cozy place in a quiet working-class neighborhood. We would suggest it to anyone!

This cozy home reminded me of visiting my grandparents – clean, sunny, and full of charm. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with a lovely yard, perfect for my two cats who loved watching the resident bunny rabbit and squirrels in the front yard through the big living room window. The blooming lilacs in the backyard were such a nice touch! The owner was friendly and responsive on my short notice and I appreciated being able to bring my pets along. A peaceful spot for a short stay.

Carol's 3 bedroom and 3 bath house was perfect for our needs. The lower level of Carol's house is completely finished. There were 2 single people and a couple. Each of the single people had their own upper level bedroom and bath, and the couple had their own bedroom, bath and privacy in the lower level. Carol's house is very tastefully decorated and furnished. Just about anything you could want is there from dishes, to kitchen utensils, to extra linens, to games and outdoor items. Very clean! No lingering house odors. Great outdoor and patio space. Lots of birds and squirrels to watch in the yard. Close to shopping and eating. Only 4 blocks away from a grocery store. Nice neighborhood. Felt very comfortable to walk to the store if need be. Easy check-in directions and house rules. Carol's house definitely deserves a "5 star" review. Her house is an excellent place to stay, and if we are back in the area, we will definitely book again. Thanks for a great Airbnb experience!

We had an unexpected forced vacation due to Water damage in our home, our family had to move out while the floors were being redone. Heather and Chip’s North. Boulder location is walking distance to the foothills where you can hike, ride bikes, and walk to coffee shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and clean. Their home is spacious and loaded with high end amenities with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. It ended up being the best scenario for our family! We’re so glad it worked out and highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a North Boulder getaway!

We loved our stay at Tyler's Airbnb! It is modern and cozy. The shower was amazing! Tyler was so kind to greet us and make sure that we had everything we needed. Highly recommended!
