The neighborhood is highly desirable for its tranquility and close proximity to the lake, with access to our private Chamberlands Beach/Pool/Tennis Courts that are just a very short walk away. The hot tub on the deck is a perfect location for star-gazing. Our permit is for a MAXIMUM of 8 people, incl children and infants. No visiting friends or pets are allowed. No RVs, trailers, or u-hauls allowed.
