The Adventure Bavaria Burg Villa is situated just below the 12th Century Auerburg Ruins, in fact the trail to the top starts right from the front doorstep. The Burg Villa is actually the combination of the Burg Loft & Burg Apartment, ideal for larger groups staying together. It is minutes walk from center and the Hocheck bergbahn or 2 minutes walking to the luegstein see and Ideal location for both summer and winter. It was completely renovated in August 2021 and waiting for happy guests :)!

Diese große und stilvoll modernisierte Landhausvilla eignet sich perfekt für Familien und Freunde mit viel Platzbedarf zum Essen, Relaxen und Schlafen. Sie liegt fußnah zum Strandbad, hat einen 100qm grossen Ess-/Wohnbereich mit beheizbarem Holzfussboden und Kamin, eine Bibliothek / Arbeitszimmer und eine Sauna. Von den 3 Terrassen und aus dem Haus gibt es rundum Bergblick und mit Südwestausrichtung viel Sonne. Keine ganz ruhige Lage, da nah an der Bundesstrasse (Schallschutzfenster vorhanden)

Mountain Dream-House in Bavaria close to Munich!

In this beautiful and charming villa, situated in the panoramic mountainside of Bavaria, you have an array of options to hike, ski and relax. The house has the perfect size for sharing amazing moments for your whole family. It is close to one of the most famous lakes of Bavaria called Staffelsee, half hour away from the tallest mountain in Germany called Zugspitze and only 45 minutes away from Munich. I am sure this is the perfect house to have an amazing holiday full of adventures.

The old family home of our great grandparents offers plenty of space for groups of up to 11 guests who want to spend time together in one house. Six bedrooms, two living rooms, kitchen and dining room, 2 terraces and the large garden spread out over 3 stories. Located right next to the subway stop, you reach Marienplatz in 6 minutes, the Allianz Arena in 12 and the Oktoberfest in 15 minutes By foot it's just a couple of minutes walk to the Englischer Garten.
