Guests have for their sole use annexe attached to the main house consisting of:- separate bedroom with Kingsize bed, shower room/toilet, well equipped kitchenette/lounge with TV & leather sofa, outdoor space with table/chairs. The Studio at Edenbrook

The Studio is a contemporary, cosy, recently refurbished, stand-alone annexe. It is self-contained and has it's own private entrance. Ideal for a quiet getaway for couples who want the peace of this beautiful village but to have historic York only 4 miles away. The Studio is on the Route 66 cycle path, and you are minutes away from woodland and country walks of outstanding beauty. The village is well served with a bakery, bistro, village store, pub, beauty and hair salon and pharmacy.

Located in the stunning Howardian Hills, this is a peaceful and romantic location. A perfect all year round escape. You park your car and the hut is a 5 minute walk from our house- make sure you pack suitable footwear. We can transport your luggage to the hut. The hut has cooking facilities (oven and a hob), there is also a fire pit for barbecues and a picnic table for outdoor dining. You have exclusive use of a hot tub which is right next to the hut.
