amazing vacation apartment located in front of the sea Gordon Beach. The building is located among the best hotels in Tel Aviv. The popular beach full of surfers, colorful boats, and people playing on the beach. All this is perfectly synchronized with the sea view The apartment is 85 meters in size, divided in a very spacious way. With 2 bedrooms, living room and kitchen. Fast fiber optic internet in the entire apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor without an elevator.

*** עדכון יוני 2025 *** מקלט ציבורי נמצא ברחוב במרחק של 150 מטר הליכה. דירה נעימה ונוחה במיקום מרכזי קרובה מאוד ליציאות לכביש הראשי (איילון), מרחק נסיעה קצרה מתל אביב, מראשון לציון ומרכז הארץ כולו. הדירה ממוקמת כ 5 דקות הליכה מקניון בת ים, 5 דקות הליכה לרכבת הקלה ובמיקום נגיש מאוד לתחבורה ציבורית. רק 20 דקות הליכה לחוף הים. דירה מוארת ומאווררת עם אנרגיה טובה! הדירה כוללת 2 חדרים: חדר שינה עם מיטה זוגית, וסלון עם ספה נוחה שיכולה לשמש כמיטה נוספת.

***Bomb shelter located in building. Really stylish and most importantly QUITE and family oriented space with all the amenities you may need. Located in the a location, right on the corner where old Jaffa meets the Noga Neighborhood, only a 5 min walk to the beach, 10 min to the fun neighborhood of Florentine and the unique neighborhood of Neve Tzedek where you can find an array of boutique shops and restaurants.
