This beautiful 3 Bedroom House has recently been refurbished to a high standard. With breath taking views over Ravenglass Estuary, it is the perfect place for an action packed getaway or relaxing retreat with friends or family. The house adjoins our own home and has its own front door, outside dining space and sole use of the Swedish hot tub. The area has lots to do and something to suit the whole family. Ada’s Cottage - Ravenglass - On The Beach

Ada’s Cottage is a seaside property based in the West Lake District/West Cumbria. The cottage backs onto the beach and is in a peaceful little village with 3 country pubs and cafe. The village also boasts the La’al Ratty; a famous Lake District steam railway. The property sleeps 4 people in 2 rooms- One double & One Twin. With both modern and original nautical features, this property is a very cosy and unique stay. Located in an ideal location to discover the Lake District via foot or train.

Luxury Lake District House

Originally built in 1895 and recently undergone extensive renovation this stunning property close to Windermere exudes quality and style. Includes a bright fully equipped kitchen, large lounge with wood burning stove and dining area with views over the surrounding meadows and mountains. Family bathroom, further en-suite, three bedrooms: king, double and twin. Large balcony with stunning views over Lake Windermere. This property is perfectly placed to enjoy all that the Lake District has to offer

1 Santon Cottages

1 Santon Cottages is a beautiful house situated in the North West Lake District. It is very close to Scafell Pike- the highest peak in England, Wastwater lake- the deepest in England and the coast is a 10 minute drive. The house has breath taking views over the fells and is well equipped with all you will need including a log burner, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Free wifi included. Pets are very welcome and there is a private fully secure garden. Extra Charge of £30 per stay.

Weavers Cottage, Hartsop-stunning location

Weavers Cottage is a detached 17th century stone built barn at the head of the Ullswater valley in the central Lakes. The views are stunning with panoramic views of lakeland fells and over Brotherswater. The place is pet friendly and perfect for guests who love the outdoors. Classic walks straight from the door and secure storage available for mountain bikes and canoes. After a day in the fells, toast your toes by the wood burning stove or enjoy the sunshine in the private south facing garden.

Gorgeous home, private parking and stunning views

Bay View Cottage is a fabulous ENTIRE Ulverston home extremely well suited for a romantic escape for two people or for working in the area, or working at home, great WiFi. Very peaceful here no road noise lots of bird song, cosy up and enjoy the panoramic view. Very close to town centre it has own entrance with a key safe, so arrival time can be totally flexible, and there is private parking. We use a Professional cleaning service to ensure the place sparkles. Much better than a hotel room!

Bright, modern home 20 yards from the beach

Fantastic location for the Western Lakes and Fells, this property is situated on the West Coast of Cumbria in the small, friendly village of Seascale. Only a 1 minute walk to the picturesque sea front with a quiet, vast sandy beach, ideal for walks with all of the family, building sand castles and eating ice cream. Seascale train station is a short walk which provides the opportunities to explore the local area including the La'al Ratty, Ravenglass, Muncaster Castle and much more.

Ash Lodge @ The Barn is part of a 17th century stone built barn conversion. A perfect base for hikers, couples and families visiting the beautiful Western Lake District. Near to England's highest mountain, Scafell Pike in Wasdale and the gorgeous Cumbrian coast. With beams and a wood burning stove for cosy nights in or dine at the 17th Century Inn next door. The Byre - cottage in converted barn nr Ullswater

Ideal for couples and young families. Completed in 2020, The Byre is one of 3 cottages in our old stone barn near Ullswater in the Lake District. Thornythwaite Farm is in Matterdale which is a peaceful valley off the beaten track but with great access to all the popular areas of the Lakes. There are plenty of walks from the door and a good pub, The Royal, is just a short stroll down the road.
