Summer Vacation Oceanfront 1st floor

Direct Oceanfront Condo 1st floor at Daytona Beach Resort for easy, no-elevator access. Fully furnished one bedroom with King bed, open concept into the kitchen and living room with sofa sleeper. This Unit is located to the south side of the Resort, the pool deck in this area was damaged from previous hurricanes. The Resort is currently undergoing ongoing repairs, seawall restoration where you will have construction/noises. While we provide a clean, comfortable stay with Pool/Gym/Fitness.

Inter-coastal Waterway view home!

The whole family will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The river view home is 0.5 miles from public boat ramp for fishing & less than 0.25 miles from several parks. It is half way between Ormond Beach and Daytona Beach Causeway bridges to the beach, which are each 3 miles to the beach either way. You can also access the waterway, new Pickle Ball facility and golf courses just minutes away. You can have access to kayaks, as well as several bikes & a grill.

Our cottage is nestled in Orange City RV Park. It is your home away from home! Our kitchen is equipped with all pots, pans, and dishes you will need. Our living room has a queen pull out sofa. Our bathroom provides towels, shampoo & conditioner, and a hair dryer. The bedroom has a queen size bed.
