Cute modern casita with high end furnishings. 2 bedroom 2 bath house with additional twin day bed. 3 blocks walk to the water with slight water views from the back porch. Walking distance -5 blocks to coffee shops, restaurants, art galleries, wine bars & a short 1.4 mile walk to the Rockport beach. Perfect quiet getaway in the adjacent neighborhood to downtown, so you are close to all the fun, but peace and quiet at home.

The Vacation rental home is located in Aransas Pass Texas. The house is in a quiet central location. Grocery store and shopping are a walkable distance away. A short drive to Conn Brown Harbor, Rockport and Port Aransas Beaches. 1700 + sq ft, 3 Bedrooms plus a sleepable Sun Room, 2 Baths, and screened in porch. Sleeps 6. You can Relax and Enjoy the View from the Screened-in-Porch. 18% discount for bookings of 28 days December thru March. Age restriction 25 and older. Please no pets. Thank You.

Water view from every room, covered parking

Birds preserve area, water view, Copano bridge view from a deck. 80 inch TV perfect for entertainment. Huge size counter top for gathering and celebrating your family time! 6 people can sleep in a house. Best Texas Rockport beach only 12-15 min away. New 500 feet Fulton pier . Lots of restaurants and shopping around 10-20 min travel time. Super quiet area, perfect for reading, meditation and relaxation. Take an electrical bike ride around miles of holiday beach area and just unwind and relax!

Large pool, king master room, games for kids

Why I love my house and I think you will too. Our house allows you to forget about your daily to do list that never ends at home. Hang out at the beach, spend the day fishing, or relax in the new large community pool in our subdivision. We have a washer board set and board games for kids to play. We offer Dish network and HIGH SPEED INTERNET for streaming in every bedroom. Check out my guest book and find some great restaurants just minutes away.

Welcome to The Blue Pearl! Our lovely beach house is located just 3 blocks to the water of Aransas Bay and a 5 minute drive to Rockport Beach which is amazing for kids with its shallow waters and small waves. Enjoy fishing? Then Rockport is the place for you. Bring your boat! Kid and dog friendly + open to all couples. This is a Covid safe house. It is sanitized after each stay plus keyless access. We can’t wait for you to visit.

White Avenue Villa A - Private Pool and Discounted

BEST 360 VIEWS! 3 King Bedrooms with ensuite baths, plus a bunk room and bathroom for the kids. Easy beach access! House comes with fenced in private pool (Heated for free Nov-March) and a discounted six seater gas golf cart rental. The beach is 3/4 mile away so you can pack gear and people on the golf cart and be there is less than 5 minutes! Shopping, restaurants, bars, and fishing are all less than a mile away!
