Sunnmørsalpane omkranser bygda med majestetiske Slogen og Saksa som har blitt kjempepopulær etter at sherpaer fra Nepal har laga trappetrinn opp igjennom ura. Dei siste par åra har også Urkeegga blitt eit populært turmål. Fjella her er like populære for skituristar om vinteren som for fjellturar på sommaren.
