Brandon was always in touch with us, always responding on time, and when we had to modify part of our stay, he was super flexible, and the backyard is a great place to relax!

This was a lovely stay and we especially loved how close it was to downtown, while having an interesting view of barges passing by. We loved the Bar Julian rooftop views, and the breakfast coffee and sandwiches from the nearby bakery. I would be hard pressed to find any improvements- the security system is a little loud in announcing when the door is opened and that’s near one of the bedrooms. The charger is for Tesla connector only- just note that if you have a different car. Overall this was a great stay with a premium kitchen, well stocked and great for us three couples.

My three friends and I were overjoyed to see Liz’s beautiful house when we walked in! Everything was immaculate! It was well worth the money and we were impressed by the serene neighborhood. Liz welcomed us from the time she contacted us through the morning we departed. This is the place to stay on your visit to Savannah! What a peachy keen place!

Our home away from home. Relaxing, comfortable home in exactly the location we needed to attend a wedding. We enjoyed the keyless entry and the large master closet. Michele, our contact, was lovely. She was proactive, informative, personable, and responsive.

Excellent place to stay with a pup! Large fenced in back yard, very safe and secure. Well maintained neighborhood. 3 adults, each had their own comfortable bedroom, 2 full baths. Excellent overnight stop when passing through from Florida to Virginia, good 1/2 way stop. Very thoughtful amenities in house, clean and comfortable. Will try to use on future trips! Such a perfect spot for a bachelorette. Very calm neighborhood incredibly close to downtown. Not to mention the pool and games Michelle provided! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this charming and cozy place. Everything was clean and had everything we needed. Nice, peaceful neighborhood. We loved the square parks that were close to the place. We also felt we were close to a lot of attractions in Savannah, so we didn't need to drive into the city to do anything. We mostly walked all over the place: 15- 20 mins stroll, and we were where we wanted to be (City Market was about a 20 min walk, Forsyth Park was 15 mins). Parking was easy at the house as well - just need to mind street cleaning days.

We loved staying here and this will be our new go to play to stay! The location was great, the neighborhood was quiet, the dock was perfection and the back yard with the pool couldn’t have been any better. The house was clean and had everything you could need including being pet friendly. This will be our new place to stay for vacation!

Jason’s place is adorable and overlooks the beautiful Oglethorpe Square. We took a Lyft to Tybee Island for a day, but other than that, we were able to walk everywhere. Seriously, anything you could want is within a few blocks, including a nearby CVS, which came in handy more than once. Also, the river front is a 5-minute walk and blew us away. We loved not having the hassle of a car/parking. The apartment is efficient and the bed is super cozy. The space is small but it doesn’t feel that way! Jason was responsive, friendly, and welcoming. We can’t wait to return.

Ron was all about making our stay comfortable. He had great response time to any questions or concerns we had. The residence was clean and had everything you would need like in your own home. The residence is only two blocks from a great city park with many activities to be had. Plenty of street parking was available. The residence was on the first floor made for easy access. We would stay again if ever in the area.

What a wonderful experience staying in Anne’s apartment! Beautifully decorated and appointed, we were totally at home and had everything we needed to feel like temporary locals. It was the perfect location from which to explore Savannah, including nearby Forsyth Park, and we loved spending time reading at the end of the day in our private courtyard. The apartment was spotless, the bed super comfy with lovely linens, and the kitchen very well-appointed. We loved our stay and would return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended. Thanks, Anne!

Stayed 3 nights at this property and it was worth every penny. We were able to walk to any location in the historic district. The one Uber we did take (mom didn’t want to walk) was quick and reasonable. The host recommended SO many places, and the few we did try lived up to the praise. Our first time in Savannah was a big success and a lot of that was the central location of this property. Highly recommend. No crazy instructions from the host to close up either, that’s always a plus.

Sabrina’s place is located on one of the most beautiful blocks in Savannah. Walkable to Forsythe Park, the waterfront, and the Victorian district. There is a free shuttle down the block too! The apartment is very clean, comfortable, and perfect for a couple. There is outdoor space that was lovely, especially since the weather was gorgeous mid-April. Sabrina was very flexible and allowed us to store our luggage since we had a late flight the day we left. Bedroom was spacious and kitchen was clean and cozy. Highly recommend Sabrina’s apartment!

Three of us stayed at Garry's place, and we all liked it very much. The actual house is way better than the photos, and the small veranda was a wonderful addition to the place. The two huge upstairs bedrooms with TVs had en suites, and the den with the sofa bed had a half bath, so everyone had privacy concerning the toilets. The place was well-equipped with towels, plastic bags, coffee, and kitchen utensils, and the temperature of the rooms was easy to control. The dryer was amazing, and towels and jeans dried within minutes. The location was two blocks away from one of my favorite bakery/coffee shops called Mate Factor which makes organic breads, and it is the same distance to Kroger's Supermarket which is very convenient when you don't have a car. The host was so attentive, and he let us in much earlier than our check in time, which was so thoughtful since we arrived early in the morning. A great stay, and we would stay there again.

We had a beautiful stay in this historic district home! Great location we walked to everything. Beds were very comfortable and the 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms were great for 2 couples traveling together. Had everything we could’ve asked for and more it was really a beautiful Airbnb I’d love to visit again.

Spent a month @ this listing. Only needed to contact the owner twice & he responded right away. The place is roomy & well supplied. Since I didn’t have a car it was helpful to have the grocery store nearby & Farmer’s Market on Saturday. The set up for the semiprivate deck desirability depends on who is renting the other unit. Overall I give an A. It was a most pleasant stay!

We were a group of four gals in our 40s celebrating a birthday and we were happy to stay here. We each had our own bedroom with a comfortable king bed. We really enjoyed sitting on the balconies, and one of them had 4 chairs so we all fit. Easily walkable to Kroger, a coffee shop, a cocktail spot, an a beautiful park. It was also a lovely treat to not have a list of chores to complete before checkout!

we chose this place because it was right down the street from where a long time friend of ours was moving to. We had a great time hanging out and walked everywhere we wanted to go. We strolled down Habersham on our way to River Street and it was gorgeous! The buildings were amazing to look at as usual but Mother Nature stole the show on Saturday 03/22/2025. EVERYTHING was in bloom! Beautiful weekend!

We've had the absolute pleasure to stay at several of Michael and Sarah's properties. Each one has been unique, beautiful and made for an exceptionally pleasant stay. This little gem just happened to be available for a last minute, one night stay. Every little detail was well thought out and perfect. Comfortable beds, plenty of large, fluffy towels, and thin pillows, which is an absolute plus for us! (None of us like thick, bulky pillows that crank your neck and increase the chiropractic bills!) The only downside to our stay was that we couldn't stay longer! This beautiful home was approximately 2 blocks from gorgeous Forsyth Park. Tree lined, quiet neighborhood with easy, free parking right out front, which was wonderful as we arrived at 10:30 pm! We were so fortunate to find this little charming little home! You can never go wrong with one of Michael and Sarah's properties! They are ALWAYS top notch! Thank you for another fabulous stay!
