It's located on the hills of Saranda in a quiet neighbourhood, yet only a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of Saranda and a 10 minute walk to the closest beach. The apartment is in a new building (2025) with pool and two balconies, including one with breathtaking views. It has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, bedroom, and bathroom with a washing machine.

The sea is just five minutes walk from the cottage..Spectacular pool available from 1 May to October . My cottage is good for couples and solo adventurers. Not suitable for chidren.
