We really enjoyed our stay. Great location just steps from the beach, and a short walk or bike ride to restaurants and shops. The place was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. We will definitely stay here again.

My husband and I were very appreciative of Dan and Lisa’s communication. We had a few hiccups ( one medical issue) and they were kind and quick to reply to us. The location cannot be beat ! The condo is very comfortable with a huge patio! We will be back

We had a wonderful time in Jim's beautiful place. Everything - the furniture and beds, the kitchen and bathrooms, were comfortable and worked well. The big picture window really was wonderful and especially so when we had some colder weather and rain; we could happily sit in the living room and the unobstructed ocean view was right in front of us. Of course, the view was from the deck as well. Communication with Jim and his associates Greg and Nicole, was excellent throughout, including when we were on-site. Nicole answered every question quickly by text and in a most friendly way. The location with the walkability to Cologny Square was perfect for us. We enjoyed all the restaurants and shops there and in the area. We enjoyed people watching at the park area at the entrance to Cologny Beach. For us, this was a relaxing-by-the-ocean vacation. Hilton Head certainly offers a lot more to do, but we enjoyed just 'being there' and Jim's place made that especially nice.

The place is amazing. The beach area was quiet and relaxing and family friendly. My husband and I were able to relax under the shade of a tree, and enjoy the view and water sound. We really enjoyed our stayed . The location is very peaceful. And a short drive to local restaurants.

We really enjoyed your place. Everything you could think to need was available. Peaceful, close to the beach. Pool was great. Our host even checked in during our stay just to be sure we were okay and not in need of anything. Thank you so so much! We will be back. ☺️

The place is incredible. Sunsets every night, we loved biking but you could walk. We loved it so much and Connie and her husband were extremely friendly and responsive. We had bikes dropped off by seapines for $10/day and bicycled everywhere. We rode horses, played tennis, saw dolphins from the home. Saw black herons, Spoonbills, alligators, turtles - there was even a beached sperm whale. We enjoyed the Marriott beach club and had chairs and shade rented for a few days. With 2 couples and 1 toddler it was a little tight, but you get an insane view, excellent location, and very warm environment. Try this place at least once, I promise you’ll love it.

We had a lovely stay at Donna’s house. The photos matched and it was exactly as expected. We saw dolphins off the dock within our first hour of arriving! Plenty of luxurious towels and linens, comfortable beds, enough bathrooms, seating, cooking supplies, etc- great set up for groups. The location is about 25-30 mins from downtown Savannah so we did a lot of driving but it was so wonderful to have a peaceful spot after a busy day! We utilized the screen porch a lot!

Abbie was very responsive and helpful with local recommendations. The home is exactly as described and was perfect for our little family getaway! Would definitely book again!

Our multi-generation family had a wonderful stay! The house is great, and feels very remote/private, while everything you need - from shopping to activities and entertainment - is a quick drive away. We stayed at the house most of the weekend, enjoying the pool, games, relaxing, and meals together. Rachel is a lovely host and a great communicator. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great stay and then how allowed me to book last minute which was very helpful. The place was clean and comfortable and perfect for small to medium sized families!

The place was better than advertised. Great central location, many places to walk, great bike path access to get everywhere, close to beaches and great dining. The house was immaculate and had all the amenities needed. The back porch was bigger than expected and so peaceful. More than enough room for a family of 6 too. Highly recommend.

Ted’s place was awesome! We had such a great time and felt right at home. The pool was the perfect spot to relax, and the beds were super comfy. The elevator was a pleasant surprise and made bringing in luggage so easy. Beach access was super convenient—just a quick 3-minute bike ride and you’re soaking up the sun. Ted was a fantastic host—communication was clear, friendly, and super helpful. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

This was the perfect weekend getaway for my boyfriend and I. Kacey was an absolute sweetheart and was extremely responsive and proactive in her communication. I would highly recommend the beach walker for the close proximity to the beaches and restaurants as well as how amazing Kasey is! Definitely will be coming back.

The unit is in a great location. You have great access to the beach. The unit was exactly as shown.

It’s a beautiful place and so close to Coligny. Unit was extremely clean and nice furnishings. 2 1/2 bathrooms was perfect for 4 ladies! We would stay there again for sure.

We spent four nights in Laura’s place for spring break in April and it was ideal. Great location and convenient to everything. Really enjoyed her two bikes as well. Laura communicated very well with us and we would highly recommend her place.

We had a great stay! The condo was clean and comfortable, and being in a top floor end unit meant less noise from neighbors. The complex was well-maintained and the staff was really friendly. This area is away from the crowds near Coligny, but not far from all the island has to offer. Colin was great about communicating and always responded quickly to messages.

Booked this for a quick stay while we had friends from the UK staying. This was a great location for access to a beautiful beach and the pools were ideal for the kids! The space was a great size for the amount of days we stayed and for 5 people. Steve and Jenna were very proactive with their welcome messages and also very quick to respond when we had questions.

Great location was able to walk to pretty much anything we needed and she has a fast response time for any questions. Would definitely stay again

We had a wonderful week at Michael's condo on Tybee. Perfect location, quiet, easy access to beach and pools. Easy 30-minute drive to Savannah, we did two day-trips there to explore. The Deck was very convenient for great food. Michael's condo was spacious, inviting and clean. Two full bathrooms felt like a rare luxury! We are on a quest to visit all 50 states, Georgia was #26. So we likely will not be back anytime soon, but would recommend to friends and family. 10/10.
