There's a strong wifi signal in both spaces, which makes video call's possible. This modern design apartment in a centuries old building (anno 1584) is in the centre of Utrecht.

Er staan drankjes in de koelkast en een flesje wijn voor je klaar. Er zijn veel mogelijkheden om te fietsen of te wandelen tussen de herten. A beautiful houseboat all to yourself! A beautiful location in the middle of the bulb region within cycling distance of the Keukenhof and the beach. Enjoy the freedom, the outdoors and the many birds and other nature scenes that take place around the houseboat. The houseboat was completely renovated and modernized inside and out in 2020. In 2023 the exterior will be (partly) equipped with another paint color. The ark is ready to offer guests a temporary home.
