The home is approximately 1,500 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and sleeps (8) people comfortably. We offer complimentary kayaks for guests to use during their stay. Our studio offers a clean, modern retreat with its own kitchenette, full bathroom , full size refrigerator and the studio features individual AC Completely private entrance. You will feel like you are in a park surrounded by mature oak trees and nature, you will feel renewed, 1 queen bed + 1 portable bed , laundry room. The Studio is private with access separate from our home. We offer self check in with a lock box. Private property on 8 acres, fenced and gated location with a lot of parking.

Whether you are looking for rest and relaxation or recreation, our home offers both. Take in the scenery and catch your dinner from the riverbank. Recline in the sunshine on our dock (12’ x 12’). Keep an eye out for otters! It is a two hour float downriver to Poe Springs, Rum Island, and Blue Springs.

Relax at this cozy, tranquil cottage on our small farm in the country outside Gainesville yet close to Santa Fe College, High Springs and Alachua. Welcome to our "Camp House." Riverfront on the Santa Fe river, this is our family home and we hope you will find it perfect for relaxing and exploring river life. We are located in Three Rivers Estates and 7 minutes from Ichetucknee Park South Entrance and near Ginny, Poe, and Rum Island springs. We have tubes for floating, and 2 kayaks. Enjoy a great deck, screened porch, and downstairs screened in room for a campy experience. We welcome a pet with an extra $40 cleaning fee.
