Nice place with all amenities necessary. 10 min walk to the centre. Comfy bed. Hot yoga studio 1 min walk away :-) We will be back!

We cannot fault our stay here, it did exactly what we wanted. Peace and quiet in an amazing location and the animals sealed the deal. Arnie was amazing and took time to explain about all the animals and nothing was too much trouble. We definitely will be coming back when the animals are roaming. I miss the cats already!!

We had a great stay here. The place is lovely and matches the photos on the listing. Stephen was a great host and responded really quickly to resolve a minor problem. Would happily stay here again.

Very cute little vestry building, perfect for two. Poynton is a lovely village with lots of cafes and restaurants. it was beautiful weather so there was lots of opportunities to try out some of the walks suggested in the welcome pack. The hosts were very friendly and did their best to respond to any issues we had. The mezzanine is pretty high and my daughter did not feel comfortable sleeping up there, but there was a z-bed which we used in the lounge area instead. Thanks for a great stay.

we loved our stay! perfect for what we needed. close to the canal for a stroll about to streach our legs after a long drive. we had the best nights sleep. will defo be back again!

We all had a lovely stay with Pete and Sue. The annexe was spacious and perfect for a group of 4! It was extremely homely and comfortable, you can’t fault it! We were very well welcomed by Milo who was a real character😅! They had great recommendations for the area which was stunning! It was easy to locate and had no trouble at all! Hugely appreciated their hospitality and was definitely worth the visit. We hope to come back to the area soon!😁

A lovely, well-maintained, spacious property with everything you could need when away from your own home. Thoughtful touches everywhere, from a basket of goodies, to a selection of DVDs and a cupboard full of board games. A perfectly cosy home away from home. Thank you!

Sharon accommodated us very last minute & made us feel very welcome throughout our 5 day stay. The accommodation is quite small, but the location is really lovely, on the edge of the Peak District. Lots of walks and lovely pubs nearby.

We had a wonderful weekend away at this cosy cabin in Derbyshire! The location is perfect—peaceful, scenic, and just what we needed for a relaxing break. The cabin itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed. The highlight was definitely the hot tub! Communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and they provided great local recommendations. We’ll definitely be back!

I had booked the place as a treat for my parents and I wanted them to feel relaxed. Fiona’s place was extremely relaxing and peaceful. The surroundings were idyllic and serene. Her personal touches made us feel special. Anything you could think of was available in the lodge. The instructions for getting there and check in were simple, straightforward and easy. Great hosts and an amazing property. A beautiful location with great views over the village. The scullery had everything we needed and was a beautiful place to stay. We had a wonderful stay at Amy's place! We especially enjoyed exploring the garden, which had a lovely, almost National Trust-like charm. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the decor was unique and inviting, and the kitchen was new, well-equipped, and spotless. We would definitely book again when visiting family. The only small downside was that the TV wasn’t a smart TV, and the sofa was a bit on the softer side.

Stunning property that was tucked away and felt very private. Close to lots of walking routes and an easy drive to lots of nice restaurants. Elaine provided very detailed instructions on how to arrive which were very helpful and there was lots of information in the accomodation about local amenities. We loved our visit, Elaine was an excellent host and we would highly recommend this property

We stayed at Shaun's cottage for two nights as we were attending a wedding at nearby Thorpe Gardens. Shaun had provided us with very clear instructions for check in and finding his place; we were driving from Birmingham and had no problems with our arrival experience. Shaun's cottage was very clean, fresh and tidy. The kitchen and living room were very cosy and provided a lovely respite for us. The bedroom and bathroom were also very clean with little clutter. The cottage has a lovely outlook to a garden space, it's a perfect hideaway for anyone looking for a country escape. Unfortunately we weren't staying for too long so we didn't get to explore the area, but would very much consider returning to the cottage for a holiday in the area.

I booked this accommodation for a newlywed couple, and they absolutely loved it! From the start, Louise was an incredible host—her communication was excellent throughout the whole process, which made everything smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was the thoughtful surprise she left for the couple—it completely made their day and added such a personal, memorable touch to their stay. The place itself is stunning, with beautiful views and a relaxed vibe that's just perfect for a city break. Would 100% recommend staying here. Donna’s place was absolutely beautiful! Gorgeous cottage in a beautiful, scenic location. Donna is an excellent host and was incredibly helpful! On arrival at the cottage there’s nothing she hasn’t got covered and is only a message away if there’s anything you need! We will definitely be back and hopefully for longer next time! Immediately we arrived we felt relaxed and at home and the hosts were very welcoming and friendly. The space is beautifully arranged and so comfortable and we had everything we needed. The views across the surrounding countryside were lovely. The location is also very close to the surrounding suburbs (we enjoyed a super breakfast at Cafe Valentino in Bramhall) and shops. Mick is a great host and the house is lovely. And the garden on a sunny day was a real treat. Mick was very accommodating and have my kids a small trampoline to play on. Highly recommend staying here.

Fantastic stay at Jenny’s, Bolehill View had everything we needed; the WiFi was excellent (we had to work one day from the Airbnb), lovely layout, great kitchen, very comfy bed. Highly recommend and would stay again!

This space was exactly what we were after for a long weekend in the Peak District. The place was beautifully decorated, had every amenity we needed in the kitchen and bathroom (including jams, honey, oats), and Justin provided us with the most thorough and detailed welcome pack we'd seen. Also, SO grateful for blackout curtains and LOVED the hammock and swinging chair to relax in the sun at the end of the day. Thanks so much Justin, would definitely recommend 😊
