Private Cozy Family Retreat The best of up north!

Private up north cottage with large double lot and woods on either side giving excellent privacy and relaxation. Nestled on a slow road with very minimal traffic so it's great for kids! 1 mile from Higgins Lake Boat launch and just a few miles from Houghton Lake. Walking distance to state property trails for quads, SxS, and snowmobiles. Plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers. Great restaurants or ice cream are just a few minutes away! Enjoy up north without being too close to neighbors!

Lakefront retreat with spectacular sunsets

Newly renovated lakefront property with some of the best sunsets on Houghton Lake. 3 bedrooms (6beds), two full bathrooms are perfect for multi family stays. Family friendly accommodation with many amenities (kayak, paddle boards, fire pit, swimming ) to relax and unwind with your loved ones! The sleeping layout has a king bed in two of the rooms, and two bunk beds in the third room. Bunks are Full beds on bottom (ok for adults), and twin beds on top, only good for people under 140lbs

Iroquois Lakeview -steps from the lake!

Welcome to our cozy cottage just across the street from Houghton Lake! Enjoy the nicest street on the lake, with lake views from the living room, dining room/kitchen, & the additional family room. Enjoy a glass of wine watching sunset from the large front deck and Amish seating. Lake access is a block away. Small boats may launch there. ORV trailhead is very close (we ride to the trailhead from the cottage), plus snowmobile trails, and state land. Public boat launch under 3 miles away.

Beautiful cottage, very clean & cozy. Sleeps 5, 2 bedroom, 3 beds, 1 large bathroom; Providing you with everything you would need for a comfortable and enjoyable experience. AC, & lit-up bonfire area. Very close to Higgins Lake, Maplehurst dock & boat launch with beach access. Great location for boating, swimming, close to North & South State Parks, hiking, restaurants, and downtown Roscommon. Warm and comfortable atmosphere with the convenience of many popular local amenities nearby.

Your get away to the outdoor is right out the front door. All of northern michigan awaits you. Enjoy Hunting on thousands of acres. Miles of O.R.V, and Snowmobile trails. Canoeing, Kayaking, and Trout fishing on Cannon creek, and the mighty Manistee river within walking distance. 20 lakes with in 20 minutes. Enjoy peace and quite with limited phone service but super fast star link wifi. Beautiful fall colors. Quiet cozy nights under the dark sky.
