The property is tucked away but we found it pretty easily as the instructions were very helpful. The cottage was perfect as a base for us and has some thoughtful touches such as lots of towels, and tea, coffee and other essentials.

Just wow! We had the most beautiful stay. The annexe is absolutely beautiful. The bedroom has everything you need including a super comfy bed! The downstairs with the bathroom, amazing shower and bath. Kitchen with absolutely everything you would need and more! Sally is the most amazing host- so friendly, kind and clearly an excellent and experienced host, who knows exactly what her guest will want and need! The grounds are absolutely breathtaking & the hot tub overlooking the stream and beautiful views is to die for! We will definitely be coming back. Thank you Sally! X

We had the most magical stay at this stunning countryside home for a bachelorette celebration, hands down the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in! The house is beautifully designed, warm, and had everything we could’ve needed and more. Set in the most picturesque spot, with rolling field views full of yellow flowers, it truly felt like the ultimate countryside escape. The open-plan kitchen and living area was perfect for our intimate dinner party, spacious yet cosy, and ideal for gathering as a group. Each bedroom had its own charm and was so comfortable and inviting. Outside, the garden was just as beautiful, and the hot tub was a total highlight! The attention to detail throughout the property made it feel really special, and the overall experience felt both luxurious and homely. Communication with the host was seamless and so helpful from start to finish. We’re already dreaming about our return!

We had a great week in Baldock at Malex's beautiful home! Lots of space and 2.5 modern bathrooms with big tub was nice. Easy train to London and Cambridge with a short walk to/from the station. Plenty of nice town & nature walks around Baldock. Make sure to check out Day's Bakery for fresh-baked pastries and sandwiches. Malex was very kind to meet us on arrival to show us around the property, but respects your privacy and is available only if you need help with anything. WiFi was solid, kitchen well appointed and modern, heating warm in chilly February, comfortable furnishings, laundry in-home if needed. Definitely would stay again and highly recommended as the perfect base for exploring Hertfordshire and surrounding areas. Thank you Malex! Gary

It’s been pleasure to work with Mr. Danny, great host, very communicative and responsive. Ive been in UK for medical treatment for my daughter, i was so lucky to rent a flat from Mr. Danny, he was very understanding man and patience with me since i don’t know how long am going to stay in UK and how much time the treatment will take. Definitely am going to rent from him again if i have the chance to visit UK. Highly recommended. Thank you so much Sir.

Martin really went above and beyond to make our stay a good one. The property was great for our needs and was very convenient for the Snow Centre. It was perfect!

Really well appointed space with very comfortable bed. Amanda is a friendly and attentive host (and has dogs, so that's a big bonus if you have a dog too - as we did!). Loved the little touches, like the flowers and the pretty butter dish!! Sue, Martin (and Nahla the dog)

This Airbnb was perfect for a few days when had a few things to do around London. It had parking outside for one car. It was private, cozy and warm. I would stay again

Belinda's house is very spacious and comfortable, in a peaceful and quiet residential neighborhood with a nice park nearby where you can stroll or practice some sports activities. The house was well-equipped and had everything that a family of five such as ours might need on their vacation - we truly felt at home. The lovely terrace and garden with views over the greenery are a big plus. The location of the house is excellent, a ten-minute walk to the tube station that takes you on the Piccadilly line to the center of London in half an hour or so. There are also some small shops and restaurants nearby and some larger ones a short drive away. Belinda was a perfect host - cheerful and responsive, offering lots of useful ideas and tips - a big thank you for this! We wholeheartedly recommend Belinda's place and would definitely choose it again if we ever went to London again.

Flat was ideal for us as a family with young children wanting to explore London. It was well situated, a short walk to the tube station that was easy for the children and then 30 mins into the centre on the tube. There were plenty of places to buy groceries near the flat, self catering kept the cost down and was much more practical than a hotel. Flat was clean and tidy and exactly as described. Sam was very responsive and helpful and gave us tips about the best way into the centre etc. The children had a brilliant time and loved the flat and are asking when we can go back!

I had a great stay at Mel’s, the location was perfect for shopping/eating out etc. the flat was ideal for what I wanted. The only issue was that it smelt quite Smokey, which then was on all of my clothes & hair. I’m not sure if this was coming from a flat below. A real shame as the flat is perfect apart from the smell

This is a great place to stay. There is everything you need and more for a perfect stay. The house warm and cosy with plenty of room. There is parking for 2 cars too. Just a short 4-5 minute walk to the centre where there’s loads of pubs and eateries. Daniela is a really nice lady and there if you need anything too.

Susie was incredibly respknsive and very helpful with local pub recommendations. She added a coffee brewer for we Americans. We enjoyed the conservatory immensely as well as the fireplaces! It was fun to be able to see her mother's successes as a trombone player. It was a peaceful and very safe area which we appreciated. Thanks!!

I found the Annexe was within walkable distance to Harpenden about 25 mins which is great on a fine day ( local taxis are available and not expensive ). You can walk via the Common or via Rothampsted Park both pleasant. Trains to London are fast and frequent and a combined tube and bus ticket is very flexible. The booking office staff are very helpful too . We went to Windsor on one day to which was less than an hours drive away . Eileen is a perfect host and will assist in anyway possible . oh yes the Annexe was lovely and warm ,we were free to come and go as we please and . Suited our needs very well . Would recommend

We were met upon arrival and shown to our room. Everything was explained to us and if we needed anything just to ask. The property is very easy to find and was just as you see in the photos. Royston is a lovely town with nice restaurants and a Tesco had lots to look around and had the perfect access to Cambridge. We had a lovely time.

The accommodation was lovely- everything was very cozy and clean! Caren was friendly and provided breakfast. I definitely recommend staying at the place.

Aseem was a great host, very friendly and responsive. Nice apartment with all amenities we needed, comfortable, very good location. Would definitely recommend!
