We love the laidback neighborhood, charming historic architecture, and the 5-block walk to the breezy waterfront along Bay Street. The cozy cottage is one bedroom, one bath, and a lovely living space on a postage stamp lot. The built-in breakfast nook is our favorite spot. Other features are the chic furnishings, 11’ ceilings, tall casement windows, and little front porch. Off-street private parking for one car and smart tv/wifi. The 400 SF cottage is named after the architect's daughter.

Make yourself at home in our renovated tiny home just two blocks from the bay and less than 1 mile to Downtown Beaufort. In just over 400 square feet you will find a living room, full kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and washer/dryer. This circa 1940s home has been lovingly updated and decorated to make for a comfortable stay. You will sleep soundly on the 12" memory foam mattress and cool technology pillows. *Please note that the living room/kitchen floor slopes about 4" due to the home's age.

Experience marina living at Lady’s Island, in beautiful Beaufort, SC. This fully-equipped apartment in the boathouse is (quite literally!) right on Factory Creek, complete with stunning waterfront views. The Cottage at Burroughs has recently been completely renovated. A short walk or bike ride to downtown Beaufort restaurants and shopping, it is also just steps away from the Spanish Moss Trail and a short drive to Parris Island. The Cottage has space to park your boat trailer and is one mile from the Downtown Marina and boat landing. A scenic drive through our barrier islands will take you to the beautiful beaches and trails at Hunting Island State Park - complimentary guest pass provided.

1 Bedroom Guest House. GREAT location. 15 minute walk over bridge to downtown. Bedroom has queen bed, living room has full size futon. Small Fridge, Microwave & Toaster in kitchen (No Stove/Oven). Quick walk to Fishing dock and Dockside restaurant PLEASE! put the correct amount of people. It’s a maximum of 3 people. There is an additional fee for a third person. There is parking for 1 vehicle. Wilmington Place

Fully renovated home built in 1910 with historic charm and a modern touch. Located in the historic district of Beaufort just ~8 blocks from downtown and a quick 12min drive to Parris Island, this is the perfect home for graduation, vacation or work. Many of the pieces, artwork and pictures are from the owner's travels around the world. The yard is fenced in to offer privacy, the neighbor is an officer, free Hunting Island pass, beach gear and the internet is super fast. ALL are welcome! :)

Who is Buddy? He was our black Labrador of 12 years. You'll see his photo as you enter. This well kept tiny home has a private bedroom, 1 full bathroom, a sleeper sofa , 2 TV's, a full kitchen and all the amenities of home. Downtown Beaufort is 2 miles away, Parris Island is less than 5 miles away. In a quiet neighborhood. Are coming for a fishing trip and bringing your boat?
