A 50 mts, vous disposez d’un arrêt de bus et d'une piste cyclable pour aller à la plage. Vous avez des commerces à proximité, LDL, boulangerie... Elle dispose de 3 chambres á l' étage, ( escalier de 15 marches) de 2 salles de bain avec douche. Un salon, séjour, une cuisine, une véranda qui donne sur le jardin, 2 places de parking gratuites.
