A perfect location to explore the Ribble valley, on a working farm with stunning views. Luxurious, spacious and heated (when required) tents accommodate up to 2 adults & 3 children. Or 3 adults (on request). Just minutes away is Clitheroe market town, with castle and museum. Lots of beautiful walking/cycling trails and historical sites in the area. 4 min train ride (station opposite) to Whalley with it's boutique shops, independent bars and quirky cafes. Surrounded by restaurants & gastro pubs.

Nestled in woodland glades, close to the reservoirs, a Paddock Tipee is available, ideally for weekend or half term getaways. Set in two acres of grounds, it’s the perfect place to unwind. Close to Go Ape and The Anderton Centre Watersports, you can enjoy the great outdoors. Yet historic Rivington is only 15 miles from vibrant Manchester and just a couple of miles from Middlebrook retail facilities.

Your own private space with trailer kitchen, BASIC cooking facilities, gas cooker crockery, pans etc provided. Portaloo toilet NO RUNNING WATER OR ELECTRIC Firepit and bbq on your site but please bring your own fuel for bbq, and wood for firepit, kindling, matches If you don't like 'back to nature book a Hotel! I can't guarantee the weather, but I can guarantee a Highland memory!!

Includes a wood-heated whisky barrel hot tub (on request), cold plunge tub, outdoor kitchen and fire area. The retreat is entirely yours. A simple outdoor compost toilet is 5 metres from the tipi. A full bathroom is in the cottage (30 metres). Host lives on site and respects your privacy.

The Bell Tent has access to electricity and your a short walk from the bathroom so there's no need for any baby wipe cleans the next day! If you're feeling adventurous, there is also access to an outdoor shower.
