A perfect place for our family of 5 to spend 4 nights. Heidi and Tim are A+ hosts whose extra touches are greatly appreciated. Location is superb and the community leaves you wishing you could move here. House was spotless, deck was perfect for dinner. For us, extremely convenient to sandbelt golf courses. We would love to come back and would be delighted to stay here again.

6 of us stayed in the house and found it was a great location, convenient for all the shops/restaurants/bars on Chapel Street. Well equipped house and comfortable for the whole group. Clean and spacious enough.

This was a great location we walked to the beach. The house was clean and perfect for children and pets.

Had a lovely stay at this warehouse style apartment, great decor and the kitchen had everything needed to cook. The location is very convenient and although it's close to the hustle and bustle of Smith St it was peaceful and quiet in the apartment. Access was easy and Kali was very helpful and responsive.

It was fully equipped with everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to bathroom supplies—which made our stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. Everything was spotless and well-maintained. The attention to detail really stood out. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free, cozy, and beautifully designed home away from home!

A nice, quiet loft and great place to stay. Very friendly and responsive host. I arrived at 10 in the morning already (as i was going to the f1 race in Melbourne) and despite the early arrival Helen welcomed me in and offered me tea…. As it was raining she then also lent me her umbrella… all of this was very much appreciated. Thanks Helen!!

We had a great time staying at Paul and Dan’s place. It looks exactly like the photos - modern, spacious and very clean, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Not only is it surrounded by some great restaurants and cafes, but it’s also in walking distance to the tram in case you want to head further into the CBD. I would definitely recommend this space to anyone looking to stay in Southbank.
