Lovely home, with a great big fenced yard which our dog loved. Cider and pizza right across the road. What more could you ask for?! We had a great time in Bilpin, thanks for having us Lichell.

We had a really nice and relaxing long easter weekend at Mark and Katrina's place. The house is beautifully decorated (the pictures really don't do it justice) and in a peaceful and serene part of Mountain Lagoon. It was extremely spacious and had more than enough space for 4 people and 2 dogs. You can tell a lot of love and thought was put into every corner of the house - it's not just a regular airbnb! We loved exploring the area - walking around the property and town, having evening barbecues and then settling down beside the fireplace at night. Mark and Katrina were wonderful hosts, they were responsive to every question we had and were flexible around our requests. We will definitely be coming back!

I was visiting my sister for Christmas and Kels place was perfectly located just a few minutes drive away. Being under the main house it nice and cool.

This beautiful spot above a tributary of the Hawkesbury made us feel like we were staying in the tree canopy. The house is invitingly eclectic and well-equipped, allowing us to settle in and enjoy the peaceful seclusion. In addition to the neighbours’ enchanting menagerie, we were delighted to see lots of local wildlife during our short stay. Michelle was an attentive host, providing clear and concise arrival instructions and helpful recommendations for the surrounding area. We are very grateful we could break our trip in this spectacular place and wish we could have stayed longer - next time!

We stayed at Adrian’s cabin for four nights over new years and it was everything we needed for a bush land get away from Sydney. The cabin is cosy and well appointed with everything we needed for our stay, and the regenerated gardens/grounds are amazing. It’s a very peaceful and secluded place to stay but also well connected on Bells Line of Roads. There are a number of great hikes and places to try Bilpin Apple baked goods only a short drive away. Adrian is friendly and welcoming, and very helpful with local knowledge.

Louisa was easily available to answer all my questions for my first Air BNB. The house was enormous and spacious and kept clean and tidy. Most of the items to cook were available. We had a very short stay for my son's wedding. I was happy with my choice. Thank you, Louisa and family.

it was one of the most beautiful places I have stayed around Sydney. away from all the hustle and bustle of Sydney.. yet not too far from the city. no mobile network was such a great add-on. however wifi worked fine most of the time. Kate was kind enough to give us late check out which made our day a bit more relaxed and fun. the pool and firepit area were great too. overall we enjoyed the place alot.

The scenery around the house was absolutely stunning—surrounded by greenery that made it feel like we were in a peaceful Thai chalet, even though the Sydney CBD was just minutes away. It’s the perfect mix of escape and convenience. The kitchen was spacious and great for cooking and hanging out. Bathrooms were super clean and huge, and the bedrooms each had their own unique, artistic style—really cozy and well thought out. For a 7-bedroom place, the price was amazing. We took full advantage of the amenities—used the gym, played some pool, and even had a relaxing yoga session by the pool in the morning sun. It honestly felt like our own private retreat. And Bill was a great host—super easy to communicate with and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth, comfortable stay. Such a beautiful spot. We’d definitely love to come back again!

We had an amazing weekend at Dadirri Retreat. Simon was a fantastic host, very accomodating and responsive. The house is absolutely gorgeous wth three separate pavilions, one with the kitchen and lounge/dining areas with spectacular views, one which is a master suite with an amazing huge bathtub looking out over the trees, and the third is adjacent to the pool, with a bedroom, large bathroom and the sauna, by far the best sauna I have seen in an Airbnb. Although the weather was patchy, time in the sauna followed by a dip in the mineral pool was a lovely way to spend the day in total quiet and privacy. There are lots of great outdoor spots for relaxing and the kitchen is very well equipped including a new Nespresso machine. The beds were super comfortable with high quality bedding, fluffy robes and Leif products in the shower. Perfect spot for a peaceful getaway, we will be back. Thanks Simon!

My family and I loved Mathew’s home, it was so nice and such good energy and felt like we were at home. It was beautiful on the inside and the outdoor area was stunning. Our kids enjoyed the pool, the trampoline and there was even a play area upstairs for them. Also had a cot and a highchair for my daughter which was very handy. The main bed was super comfy and very cosy room as there were blockout blinds which made it easy to sleep. Mathew was lovely to communicate with, always responded quickly and kindly and was super helpful. Would love to stay again and highly recommend was family’s wanting to get away and feel at home while also enjoying a beautiful home with a chlorine free pool.

My family and I had a very relaxing time at Windsor, and a lot of that was due to Graeme's house. There was ample room for the five of us, six if you include our dog, and the pool was well utilised due to the unexpected high temps. The main parts of Windsor were under 10 minutes walk away, which we used to our advantage every day. The house itself was clean, well stocked in the kitchen for not only appliances but also such lovely surprises as a box of herbs and spices, and plenty of oils to cook with. The beds were very comfortable, and the shower was excellent (great pressure!). The view over the river was spectacular, particularly at sunset. Overall we loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a peaceful trip away in the Windsor area.

We had a great stay at Hestias place. It was close to Sydney but felt very private and quiet and we really enjoyed the access to the nearby river and amazing star gazing at night. Would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Gary’s property - it was exactly as he described it and he was super responsive and helpful with all our questions and requests. I highly recommend booking this property.

My husband and I had such an amazing stay at Faith's property. Faith was friendly, approachable and was happy to give us some info about local Dawn Services happening for ANZAC Day. The property was peaceful with so much to do. The flat was homely with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed walking the property and utilising the row boat she had on offer in the picturesque billabong. Our favourite part was our time with her horses. We purchased an incredible Horse experience and bonded well with our horses Streak and Serenity and learnt so much about how to read them and connect with them. We worked with different horses and could see each of their personalities and which horses needed more energy or less to do the manoeuvres set out. We had such beautiful connections with them and loved grooming and cleaning their hooves at the end. We look forward to coming back again, thanks Faith!

I had an amazing stay at Pete’s place! The accommodation was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect—close to a quiet local recommended hiking and lookouts. Pete was incredibly welcoming and quick to respond to any questions, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The thoughtful touches, like kitchen appliances, local food recommendations, place to go, made it feel like a home away from home. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting here and would gladly stay here again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

A 5/5! The place was how it was described and had exactly what we were looking for. A nice private and quiet place for us to relax. Marguerrita was very responsive and sees to it that we have everything we need. The cabin has everything you need for cooking and the other cookware. Bonfire is also in the area and Marguerrita provided marshmallows and hot choco which made it perfect. The place is also pet friendly and our cats had a relaxing time!

We had a wonderful stay in Richmond! The Airbnb apartment was cozy, clean, and perfectly located for anyone who loves nature. The peaceful surroundings made it easy to unwind, and we especially enjoyed the beautiful views of the river. Waking up to the sound of birds and watching horses grazing nearby was such a treat. It’s an ideal spot if you’re looking to relax and enjoy the quiet countryside. We’d definitely love to come back!

Was a wonderful stay, everything that we needed. Only issue we had was host had dates wrong and wasn't ready for our check in but other than that she was a wonderful host.

The acommodation was very easy to find, very close to the main road through Bilpin. Although lack of internet connection made it difficult to obtain our entry instructions, we were lucky enough to be let in and introduced to the space by our host. Everything was very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything you could need. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony during breakfast while the chickens on the property wandered around. Would have loved to spend longer than a night here!
