Beautiful, Cozy, winterized cottage. Lot: 200’ deep/75’ waterfront. Walk-out just steps to shoreline. Water: great for swimming, shallow with a gradual slope. Winter time: great for cross country skiing, snow shoe'ing, ski-doo’ing and ice fishing. Property has plenty of sunshine/shade, you decide. I am located less than a minute walk, across the road from the beach and waterfront trail in a fully furnished, newly renovated basement suite (new ceilings, floors, appliances , Kitchen etc). Parking included along with a private entrance with secluded patio and bbq. For your private use. Living room includes pull out sofa and sofa. Portable blue tooth speakers, apple tv, Netflix, Prime, Disney + , Crave and high speed wifi. Dining room table , includes queen size bed, double and single bed.

Welcome to the Sandbanks! Your destination for calm and serenity with all your outdoor needs at your fingertips. You are surrounded by lakes, trails, parks and forest. For a fun afternoon, the beach is merely steps away. Visit a number of the wineries in the County or have a nice dinner in town. Enjoy this three bedroom country home that will take your mind off of your busy lifestyle. Perfect location for family and couples alike, this beautiful, renovated bungalow home overlooking Wellers Bay offers amazing sunsets and a sandy beach. Close to North Beach, and Sandbanks Provincial Parks and located on the Arts Trail. Enjoy the many wineries, and culinary delights of Prince Edward County. A cute and cozy small home packed with unique amenities including a video arcade room and a private backyard with a hot tub that is open year round. Located two blocks from both the east beach and the main "downtown" strip which has several restaurants, cafes, and shops. A short walk to the park and to the main Cobourg/Victoria West Beach.
