This adorable beach cottage was recently renovated. Only a 5 min walk to the beach or bay! Great side deck for relaxing and grilling out. Central Air! Linens and Towels Included along with the 8 beach badges ($90)! Beach cart and chairs too! Walking distance to bakeries, restaurants, bagel shop, ice cream and Ocean Hut surf store. Great Location! Bay Beach Park is down the street - perfect for the kids and family to relax at night and watch the sunset. Stay in Monterey-Its like family here!

7 Bdrm "Sunshine House" 1.5 blks to Beach+Parking

Perfect house for small/large groups. No prom or senior weeks. In summer, there is a minimum 3-day week rental in July and August. Free use of beach badges, chairs, & umbrellas. Private screened-in curtained porch. 1.5 blocks to the beach and boardwalk + parking. The sunroom has been converted into a 5th bedroom. Finished basement w/ 2 bdrms and 1 small futon bed in the lvrm, windows, own bathroom. The full-week rental is June 1-Aug 31 (July/Aug is approx $4,000/wk, excluding other fees.

Cozy Family Vacation 2 bedroom apartment Recently renovated, small and cozy apartment 2 blocks from the bay, 2.5 blocks from the beach. Boardwalk, restaurants and other attractions within walking distance. Come enjoy a family vacation at the beach for a minimum of 3 nights stay. We have the perfect family friendly place, clean and recently remodeled. Please note that we will not accomodate requests for proms, large parties or persons under 25 as per township ordinance.
